First off they arrived at 10 am . Terrible time to start a move . At first the service was okay then they became sloppy missing things. They took a break and a 50 minute lunch which I apparently paid for. In a hurry to be paid. . I later found out they charged me 2 hours more than they should have even with returning to the dock. They left at 3:30 and said they were back at 5 pm. We live 10 minutes from the office and dock. Barb and Melissa were useless in looking into the matter . I asked to have the manager call me he never did . Very unprofessional very lack of customer satisfaction . I would never use them again or recommend them.

I moved from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment. I could choose whatever day I wanted, and the moving team was available on that day. I was given an expected time for completion, and a quote based on that time. The move was simple, thanks to the moving team, and they finished in two hours less than I was quoted. I would use them again.

From my first call to the most helpful Amber, co-ordination, getting moving supplies (easily added to invoice) and moving day, Two Men were an excellent choice for my moving needs. Starting with a "heads up we're on our way call" from excellent Team leader Hussein and his 2 guys, to the truck packing and unpacking everything went smoothly and efficiently. The guys were always aware of timing and were super quick. They knew what they were doing, were so polite and cheerful. That's important because moving is so stressful. You want to be taken care of!

I moved from Edmonton to Calgary. My move estimate was 10 hours.The guys were early. I joined them with the move and made it faster. The guys were fast and professional. At the end of my move, total time came down to 8 hours 30 minutes and i even got a student discount of 5%. Nothing was damaged. I would recommend them anyday.

To move a mirror dresser, 2 night tables, 1 mattress, 1 box spring, and a bed frame costed me almost $1,000(5hours). They told me at the beginning with my quote it would be around $600(3hours). It took them 5 hours to move some basic bedroom furniture that wasn't heavier then the ordinary. I even calculated all the times and there was a whole hour unaccounted for. When I explained this to the supervisor he kept going on about how heavy it was, that there where stairs, and they had to disassemble the bed frame.. I am so unhappy with this so called professional company.

This company is missing honesty and integrity. Deceptive billing. They doubled the actual travel times to knock up the bill by a small amount they didn't think I would care about. I was given an excuse that it was a big truck and there was traffic (Wednesday 2pm traffic is nonexistent in London). I knew all destinations well and can ride a bicycle in the same time they gave me for travel, google maps agrees. I had someone present at the start location sign the invoice and they are standing behind the position that it was a signed estimate. I was under the belief as I was told before hand that they would charge me the actual time, not a random figure they decided between my estimated time window. Their go to point is that I was not there. I did however have them timed at the original and final destination on video at both places so their only defense was travel times and it was signed. There were no problems with the move just the easily documentable exaggerated costs. I used London, Ontario.

Excellent Movers--Prompt Courteous and Attentive to detail. Wrapped all furniture for protection.When moving very organized and took great care in loading truck. Would highly recommend..Good pricing and the 2 movers were very considerate.

This was my 2nd time using Two Men but first time using the Etobicoke location. Couldn't be happier with how our move went! Spoke with Nancy first, who was amazing to deal with. Always enjoyed talking to her. She helped get everything lined up and called the day before to go over everything again. We had a tricky move as we lived in a stacked townhouse with a lot of stairs, but there were NO complaints from the movers. They got down to business and we had our place cleared out in under 3 hours. We also did a stop along the way at a storage locker and quickly cleared that out too. I would highly recommend calling the Etobicoke location for your next move!

I moved most of my small items by car before. Manish and his co-worker did all the heavy lifting. Amber did a great job planning my moving day. The day went smootly. I am a happy customer!
