I have used Two Men and a Truck for two moves and both went very well. Excellent service experience and within budget. The movers were professional and did a good job, would definitely recommend.

The two young guys were good at moving the furniture. But they used foul language between themselves which I thought was very unprofessional. Also, at the end of the move the time was 3 1/2 hours as predicted in the quote which was $700. But the company wanted to tack on an extra hour and a half for travel time. I thought "dock to dock" meant furniture pickup dock and destination drop-off dock. But the office said it was office dock to office dock! The actual time it took them to run back and forth from their office was only 40 minutes. I argued the point vociferously and they backed off, but I thought this was very poor practice and hence my low rating.

" Moving is stressful to begin with but the entire experience was pain free from the phone call to enquire, to the guys that came to give us a quote to the moving team. Everyone was pleasant. It was actually a breath of fresh air to have the move done sooner than the quote stated so we had to pay less money than the quote. I would highly recommend this company.”

I am extremely pleased with the service from Two Men and a Truck. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took extreme care with our belongings and put extra effort to fit everything in, which wasn't easy! They kept us informed throughout the move and their assurances made us feel confident that we had hired the right movers. I would definitely recommend them.

From booking through the office (which was quick and easy to understand) to my actual moving day, I have nothing but good things to say about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. My movers arrived on time, were good-natured and incredibly capable, and set my mind at ease instantly when we met. We went over the plan for the move only once, but they never forgot any of the specifics. I was able to just sit back and sip coffee and let them work. Please note, the movers had to carry everything down a flight of stairs moving out of my apartment due to the elevator being unavailable, and they were still done in less than an hour. Hands down the most positive moving experience I've ever had. I will never use any other company for my future moves and I will always recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK first to everyone I know.

Poor communication, lack of professionalism and inability to execute simple business processes (ie. issuing refund) leaves the customer on a sour note beyond the damages from the move. I have used the company in the past but this latest experience demonstrates a company that I will no longer use nor one that I can trust to deliver what it promises.

Customer service was very helpful from beginning to end. Andrew and Mitch (my movers) were just amazing! They were professional, fast and efficient and more importantly, they handled my things with great care. There were no surprises with costs which is always a relief at the end of the day at an already tiring and stressful time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for great service and stress-free move!

On our recent move for my elderly mother we learned that Brad donates unwanted furniture to women shelters and other charities. He was able to move all the donated furniture to the shelters at a much lower price compared to his competitors. The crew was very careful and cautious with the belongings. We appreciated the care and respect Brad's crew (L'Andre, Raheem and Remar), showed my family. Thank you Brad for being thoughtful and considerate, we will recommend your services to everyone. Lily
