The guys were fantastic! They came in and introduced themselves, walked through the house and explained the process with us. They even had to deal with a troublesome neighbor and maintained a professional demeanor thought-out that uncomfortable situation. At the new house they placed every box in the correct room and double checked were furniture was to be placed. My husband and I even had a nice surprise after they left, we noticed they picked up all boxes marked Garage and stacked them on shelves so we could park our car that night! I would recommend this company to anyone and would absolutely book again if we require moving services in the future!

I had called and spoke to Casey who gave me a quote for a 1 bedroom ($1100 quote) . I had repeatedly told him i'm in 2 bedroom + den. When asked how many totes/ boxes i had. i had reference 25 totes in unit and 30 in storage locker. He not only missed this information but had my address incorrect for pick up location. Even after emailing with the correct address it was still incorrect. Due to oversight with this matter i ended up having to pay extra for commute time for the movers to pick up an 3rd mover. In which i had suggested would be required in the first place. The actual movers Chris and Mark were courteous and efficient.

Danny, Jason & Karon were terrific, very friendly, professional and helpful. I had planned to just have them move the "big stuff" but they were so efficient that they were able to take a lot of the smaller 'stuff' as well. I think next time I'd have them move everything, they were conscious of saving me money and did a great job. I would definitely hire your team again and highly recommend them to others. Well done!

They showed up on time and were professional, courteous, amiable and efficient. They made quick work of a January 2, sub zero move which is all you can hope for. The booking was hassle free and the estimate was accurate and helpful in planning our move. They called a few days ahead of time to confirm which put my mind at ease and in the end the cost was more than reasonable and well worth the service. Excellent service. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

Two Men and Truck made a potentially very stressful moving situation completely and totally manageable and easy for us. We hired 2 Men and a Truck based on a recommendation from a friend. They did not disappoint us! They arrived on time, despite having 30+ cm of snow fall the night before. They came with 3 guys because they were training one of them. I myself used to train people in the manual labour fields, so I took notice of how they were teaching him to lift safely, and stack boxes efficiently. I was also impressed with this one interaction: The guys were wrapping up at the end and putting their blankets away, and the new guy was kind of "haphazardly" folding the blankets. It was doing the job, but clearly not to company standard - the guy who was doing most of the training, Chuck, said to him "no no, we always take the time to make sure the blankets are folded neatly.... think about it, when we pull up to the next house and we open the truck up, whats the first thing the customer sees? A pile of thrown together blankets, or a nice neatly folded stack?? We want them to be impressed right off the bat" He had no idea I heard this interaction, so he wasnt putting on a show. I was impressed with that extra attention to detail. The crew took that same care with all of our stuff as well. Additionally,. they were friendly, funny, and polite. They were very patient with our 5 pets as we had to corral them from room to room and they were often in the way. They arrived at our new home, about 45 minutes away and immediately began unloading, not even needing to be reminded where each box came from. When it came to the furniture, they even remembered how the furniture had been laid out in the last place, and set it up the same for us. I cant say enough for this big company that has the feel of a small mom and pop organization, right down to the woman who scheduled the appointment for us who was *so* polite and friendly. Will use them for the next move, and will absolutely recommend them to others.
