If it weren't for the flexibility, professionalism and kindness of the moving and office team - my move day would have included tears! When we arrived at the destination location - the service elevator was out-of-service. And with my new home being on the 32nd floor - we had to wait for a Plan B. Unfortunately, that meant a MAJOR delay - however, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK were able to accommodate and go with the flow - which meant a lot to have their support and time! EXCELLENT TEAM, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to anyone who asks. Sagir and Mel's professional and caring attitudes made what could have been a stressful situation into just a hiccup. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

First class service! Having not moved for some time, from the first meeting with Caleb, to the office staff and to the outstanding team - Steve, Trent and Chase. They were friendly, efficient, handled all items with care, check in with us to ensure all was going to our satisfaction and at the end even asked if there was anything they had not been placed correctly. The service was very good from start to finish. All details were explained in advance, the movers arrived on time and explained how the actual move would proceed and all I had to do was confirm where I wanted everything placed.
