I have been very stressed over this entire move, however, these two gentlemen were very helpful, polite and couldn't do enough for us. They were just fantastic and I really can't say enough about them. They helped me over and above the call of duty, you are lucky two have two individuals like these two representing your company. Thank you very much, I am never moving again, however, if I do I would use your company and will refer them with no hesitation. Again, thank you”

From the outset we found 2 Men and a Truck to be very welcoming. The quote was returned via email quickly and our subsequent changes to the move contents didn't cause any problems. On the move day, Ian and the team (the Brandons) were on time and very courteous. They did everything we asked for and far quicker than we anticipated.

Excellent customer service and everyone I spoke to and dealt with seemed to really care about helping me and my family move comfortably. Natasha is such a sweet person to speak with. She made this transition seamless; especially since it was last minute. And the two men Tony and Victor were very careful with our furniture; they were so friendly and entertaining :D. Will definitely use two men and truck again. Thank you!

This past move was my fourth time using Two Men and a Truck, this time moving from an apartment to a house and gathering things from a storage unit along the way. As always, I was very pleased with this company. Movers are careful, courteous, and keep a steady pace in their work. No damage to anything. Great job maneuvering awkward corners and tight spots. I had brothers Ryan and Jeremy,2 lovely young boys .They were friendly , courteous , very accomodating , and very professional . They took great care of my belongings ,worked diligently , and moved with sureness and confidence . When they first arrived ,I noticed how they looked over and viewed the job ahead of them . This is when I realized I had hired the best team . VERY PLEASED . Thank you .

Enlisted their services before when we moved to Kingston to Toronto and they were great. My most recent experience (Dec. 10, 2016) was awful. The movers complained the moment they arrived, immediately saying that it will go over 4 hours (quoted time). The movers were rude and had a lot of attitude. They were mishandling fragile boxes and luckily none of the fragile pieces broke. One of the movers demanded that we repack boxes because they were "too heavy" when my 115lbs wife can lift the box. One of the movers was on the phone making plans with his friends and complaining about how much he had to move and how it was cold. They were moving purposefully slow to drag the time so my family and I started loading our cars and helping carry boxes. They also blocked the street we were moving from with their truck and when we suggested they move their truck so other cars can get out of the way, they said "we are not your slaves!" This was not the service I expected especially after paying close to $800 for the move. Look elsewhere for movers.

We thought the experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent. We were arranging a move for my elderly mother. The company was efficient, easy to book and worked with the family very well. The two moving guys were excellent - great attitudes, very efficient, confident in their work. Price for the work was exceptionally fair and overall impressions of the company was fabulous. This is my second time using the company and I would recommend Two Men and a Truck London to anyone.”

I was very happy with the service. Movers were attentive, careful and patience to pack up everything and move it to my new residence. Nothing was broken and only one power cord for the printer was lost (and later found) in the whole process. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service.
