Squirrels were relentlessly looking for ways to get into our home from any crack they could find or by digging into the wood siding. Basheer from Pesticon came and installed trap doors and within a few days, the animals were not using the existing entry points anymore. Squirrels made new entry points, but Basheer was very quick to come back and install a trap door at the new entry point. Basheer gave us good advice to keep the animals away and was always courteous and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this service.

I have 3 unit apartment. It had a lot of cockroaches since the tenants created mess. It is not easy because they were everywhere. After 3 visits, the whole apartment is free of bugs. We have been experiencing bites for few weeks but could not figure out the real cause , called Pesticon and their technician Kamran came for inspection. He found two live bed Bugs during inspection. Anyways we went through the whole treatment process , 1st treatment and then 2nd treatment right after two weeks. Now three weeks passed and no more bites. Fantastic work done by Kamran. Set poison traps throughout the kitchen and basement. Identified high traffic areas and put extra poison where necessary. Fast and friendly.

My tenant complained of noises in the attic. We suspected a raccoon so I checked Home Stars and called a few of the highly recommended companies. They were all busy for about a week or didn't have a long enough ladder, so I tried Pesticon. They were more expensive, but they came the next day. We hoped to get the raccoon out before it had babies. They installed the one way door and the adult was out quickly. They didn't see any babies, but said to call back if we heard anything. A couple of days later, my tenant did hear more noises so they came back right away and got the babies out. Pesticon then secured the hole with mesh. We, of course, had to hire another company - Roof Repairs Only - to fix the damaged shingles. Overall I was pleased with the superior service because I wanted to get the critters out before they did too much damage to the attic!

Manish arrived early and was very patient as I was running late due to traffic. Manish took the initiative and looked over my property for any potential gaps that could have let the critters in before i arrived which saved time on both our sides.
