This company stands behind their warranty. All homeowners who have gone through bed bug infestation know that it can be a nightmare to completely eradicate those little creatures. Every time I called, Mr. Waheed listened to me tentatively and tried his best to assure me. The company came back twice on my request and they made sure that these bugs are eliminated permanently. I will recommend Pesitcon to anyone without any hesitation. One final alert: Please be patient with bed bugs infestation. They will not go away in one treatment, but the good thing is that Pesticon will honor its warranty.

I was alerted to a large wasp nest growing on my property by a neighbour. I called Pesticon having worked with them on another pest issue a few years ago. Happily, they were able to visit my property within two hours of my call, despite it being the Friday afternoon of a long weekend! We had a hornet nest in the fresh air intake for a garage heater. My wife was stung and suffered a severe reaction/infection which requires a regimen of hospital and in home treatment - a very nasty injury. I soaked the nest with Raid, but they just moved the nest into the adjacent bush. I called Pesticon based on their rating and a review on Home Stars. I was impressed that the last review stated that they solved the problem, and they responded the same day. I'm just going to put it out there: If you're in the wasp control business, your customers are going to want a quick response. This call was tended to by Khayyam Haider. He was on time, attended the same day, both nests were gone within half an hour, he was polite and informative, and he sprayed the surrounding bushes so that our unwanted guests were discouraged from building a new condo. It happens that the home care nurse was changing my wife's dressing when Khayyam first showed up. He agreed to wait for 5 minutes before removing the nest, so that the nurse could leave - a nice touch. It didn't hurt that there is a 6 month guarantee. Khayyam my friend: I'm not in a hurry to meet you again, but if I need another nest removed you are my first phone call.
