    Roach treament 3 units

    My tenant called me in hysterics last night. Her cat had thrown up 3 times. She had licked the boric acid powder from her paws. The technician did not make it clear enough to me there would be powder all along the baseboards and on the kitchen floor and that the cat should have been kept in the bedroom. For expensive treatment I expect better communication. (cat is okay now)

    Mr. Patel was very professional and efficient. He also gave me tips for prevention in the future.

    Severe ant removal from our basement and main level. Mr. Patel was accommodating to our schedule and the entire process start to finish was easy, professional and took care of the issue. It was well worth the money.

    ants and bugs in basement

    very caring, courteous, and professional staff, both in office and out in the field. They are very knowledgeable, do a very thorough job, and guarantee their service. This is the second time that I have used Pesticon, and I will always speak to them first if I should ever have a problem in future. I fully recommend Khayyam, and Pesticon.

    Racoon Removal

    I had raccoons in the roof and Pesticon sent 2 different people to take care of the removal. I believe the first person was Sayid and the second Bashir. The spent a lot of time being patient to remove the raccoons and only accepted payment after the job was completed. A class act that I will recommend to friends that require this type of service.

    Raccoons in attic

    Raccoons and maybe squirrels broke throught the soffet. We could hear them in the wall. Pesticon was prompt to respond, and arrived at the time promised. Fitted a 1 way door system so the animals could get out but not back in. Came back in 10 days to remove the one-way system and fit a permanet cover for the soffit. Professional!

    bed bug treatment

    I got bed bugs being student with very low income and no other support. I can't explain how stress out I have been in this perid of my life. I was fighting them by myself and I controlled the situation a lot but we all know that, is not enough with the bed bugs. I was evaluating different companies and I decided to ask Pesticon for the service but always worry because I didn't want to loose my money that I was saving with so much effort and you always are thinking if the situation is going to get better or not. Kahayyan came for the first time. I had many questions in my head and He said something:" you can trust me " and I did it. the next 2 weeks ?= no bites....no bed bugs...He came for the second visit and He said you have no problem anymore but I will do other treatment and you will feel much better. I have 6 month guaranty right now y and I believe I don't have to call them anymore. I am smiling again because of pesticon. :).Thanks Kahayyan for your comprehension and support. That's amazing when the people do their job properly. I will recommend them without doubts. I appreciate they sent me someone as Kahayyan. Pesticon have a gem and the name of that gem is Kahayyan :). Thanks again !!!!!

    Bird Nest Removal

    I came home from work one day and saw a fairly large birds next being built up near the top of my roof inside the eves trough. I did nothing that night - but by the very next night, the birds nest grew to approximately 6 or 7 times the size of the first night. Using homestars, I located several companies to contact to obtain quotes. Pesticon was very courteous with me on the phone, and in addition was able to come the same day, so I went with them. They were able to show up earlier than committed to (I requested them to come ASAP) and did a great job. The nest has not been rebuilt.

    Ant Problem

    Originally, there was a misunderstanding with the company and I had provided comments that weren't necessarily fair to them company based upon the information I had at the time. With that being said, the owner contacted me quickly to give a detailed explanation about the ant issues I was having, and worked to remedy the situation quickly. I appreciated the call and the further explanation and the companies committment to standing behind their work even though the work was just outside of warranty. I can honestly say I would feel comfortable with referring them to others as they turned a situation that was not necessarily the best, into a great customer service experience.

    Mice irradiation

    Found a few droppings , followed by Mice sighting . Filled up an online form at Pesticon and very promptly within minutes got a call to setup appt . Kamran came over and diligently checked the outside and inside , placing baits stations in multiple places and showing the possible entry points . He was most patient with all the questions . And bam then on no mice , found one dead mice but thats pretty much it . No droppings No sightings.

    Pesticon warranty service

    Having tried many times to rid ourselves of a particularly persistent colony of mice, Pesticon were the only extermination service that actually dealt with the problem. They then came to help when mice reappeared right at the end of winter, and honoured the terms of the warranty - even though the warranty had just expired. We haven't seen a mouse since. :)
