We called this company and they were very punctual, very pleasant by explaining us what must be done. After few days they called us to make sure we are happy. i find this very professional and would defiantly recommend this company.

Pesticon came promptly to the call I made. They checked around the eavestroughs and quickly installed a one way trap door to let the squirrels out safely. They called me to check on the results 2 days later and asked me to call them immediately I heard any more activity.

I would also like to add my positive review here. After spotting a mouse scurrying across the living room floor this fall, I called Pesticon the next morning, based on reviews on this site. I received a same-day visit, and afterward was told that there would likely be no signs of my little friend in 3-14 days. As a mother of two small girls, I was satisfied that the discretely placed bait and traps were safe. About 6 weeks later, I found a few droppings under the kitchen sink, so I decided to take advantage of their 6-month guarantee and requested another visit. Mr. Ahmed came over that very day to have a look, to address the issue (put additional bait trap under sink, bait behind stove, etc.). Although I tried to tip him for the prompt visit, Mr. Ahmed politely refused, saying that he would come back "50 times if he had to" at no additional charge. As the weather turns colder, I am so relieved to know that professional help is just a phone call away should we have problems in the future. Would recommend this company with absolutely no hesitation.

Looked up Homestars and with the good reviews, I called Mr Waheed. He came over the same day and did an inspection and treated my home I just bought for mice as there were some droppings in the garage. Even though the previous owners had pest control done, I wanted my own pest control. Mr Waheed said that the stuff the previous owner's pest controller could be bought from Canadian Tire! Anyway he put a baits here and there and he also identified potential entry points and closed them off. It's been 3 months and not a sight of any mice. Last week I had been seeing Yellow Jacket bees in the house. Called Mr Waheed and he gave me good advise! One thing for sure, Pesticon is now my pest controller of choice

I used Pesticon 2 years ago for pest control, for mice. I used them after having tried almost every hardware store remedy, and one other company that came into my home. For the first time in years the problem was addressed. For 2 years now, we have been almost completely mouse-free. And their products were placed discretely and safely, out of the way of our kids. Highly recommend.

Last June every second morning I would find the living room carpet near the patio crawling with thousands of baby ants. Totally freaked me out. Waheed, a very fine gentleman, was able to come the next day to solve the problem. He was very polite and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I never had another infestation after the treatment. I give Waheed a "two thumbs up" recommendation and would happily recommend him without reservation to all.

Found Pesticon thru internet.Made an appointment and Mr,Waheed Ahmeed showed on time.He explained what the problem could be and possible solutions.After his visit ,he made a follow call and made one more visit. Every thing has worked out to my complete satisfaction.I highly recommend this company.

We moved into our new home this summer. It's a 100 year old row house in the Junction. Unfortunately we were faced with cockroaches; and they were massive. I was a little freaked to say the least especially with a new baby so I searched homestars and read the reviews for Waheed and called him. He responded right away and came over within 24 hours. He used a powder so it was less invasive than a spray and walked me through everything. The cockroaches slowly died away and I haven't seen one since. I did notice a bug in my bathroom and was worried it was another cockroach infestation. Waheed came over and had a look and it turns outs it wasn't a cockroach but a box alder bug (outdoor - and they don't reproduce or infest inside). He was extremely helpful, professional and put up with my many emails to him.

Waheed was recommended by a colleague who was highly satisfied. I had a mouse infestation that was horrifying...Waheed came by (prompt and on time with a phone call to let me know he was on his way) and put down bait. He identified points of entry that we fixed. I have 3 dogs, so he was particularly vigilant about making sure the dogs were out of the house when he was putting down the bait, and also used locking stations as a precaution. He emailed me to check in a few weeks after the first visit to make sure I had not seen any more mice. I was very impressed that he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. 3 months after the initial visit I found a dead mouse and emailed to let him know. He made an appointment to come over. We found that the mice had eaten all of the bait and he replaced the bait and added a larger station. I highly recommend Waheed. He is knowledgable, professional, courteous and provides top notch service. When you hire him, you are hiring the best.
