Very professional and informative. Speedy response. The Technician was out on site within minutes after placing a job request and had all the work finished and be done with this order in a matter of an hour. I am very pleased with the service.

Living in an urban neighbourhood has its drawbacks -- we've had to deal with some pest problems over the years. I've called Pesticon each time, and although it's been different crews, my husband and I were just saying that they're all extremely warm, friendly, professional, and diligent. Highly recommend their work.

I hired Pesticon 8.5 months ago to eliminate my cockroach problem. I have a two story house with a basement apartment. Two kitchens and 4 bathrooms in total. The technician (Iftikhar) that came out to discuss the problem and spray was very good. He was very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, etc. They offered a 6 month warranty and had some good reviews on Homestars, so I decided to go with them. We went through all the preparation (empty cupboards under sinks, remove everything from the counters, etc.). They sprayed and said that in the next few weeks we should see a lot of activity because the spray causes them to come out, but they should be gone in 6 weeks. Well the 6 week mark came and we still had them. They honoured their guarantee and came back to spray. We went through all the preparation once again. The same thing was expressed to us; the next two-three weeks we will see a lot of them and they will be gone in 6 weeks. Well this then turned into a rinse and repeat situation where they were coming out every 6 weeks to respray because they could not get rid of them. The spraying escalated to a point where they fogged most of the areas in the house and we had to be out for 4-5hours. Alas, we still have them. I don't want to overly criticize the company, because Iftikhar was so good and I know that these are hard to get rid of, but they were not able to solve our problem. The warranty is up and we are having to search for another company that can resolve this issue. The two stars represent Iftikhar's efforts and the fact they honoured their warranty otherwise I would give them 0 starts for their ability to resolve our problem.

I am a property manager who has seen all the pests, over 25 years. What I have learned is that you must find the best company for your Specific needs. Every property is different, every building is different, every pest creates a different problem to solve. I've used Pesticon for service with insects, particularly ants. I am happy with their results. The Rexdale location (Waheed) returns phonecalls immediately & the treatments usually occur 24-72 hours later. Follow-up treatment is super-fast as well & performed, without question. Khayyam the service technician is very well educated. He knows the difference between types of insects, and their habits, which MATTERS, because other companies easily make matters worse with the wrong treatment. Pharoah Ants are very difficult and very few companies know what to do. Pesticon knows what to do. It takes a while, but they do listen to the homeowner and are very very careful not to worsen the situation. Khayyam (serviceman) is efficient, discreet, prompt. No socializing, dramatizing, etc. The treatments are thoughtful, effective and well-priced. As a customer I feel fairly treated by both owner and technician and results are good.
