I had an ant colony outside my house that moved into my wall after I tried to get rid of it. The big carpenter ants didn't seem to be affected by the stuff you buy at the store. Once in the wall, you would hear them at night scratching in the wall. Sounds like rain on the window and it took a few days for me to clue in that it wasn't rain! I marked the spot and called Pesticon after finding them on HomeStars. They arrived promptly the next day. A couple small holes in the drywall were necessary to flush them out but easily repaired and minimal spray/mess inside. Waheed swept up most of the drywall and some residue on the wall eventually evaporated. Probably prudent to wipe it down anyways. Waheed went the extra mile and sprayed until he was sure the problem would be resolved. At first he wasn't sure since he expected a few ants to come out of the holes but the noise had stopped. Pumped some more stuff into the wall and then checked outside. The ants had fled outside and it looked like the grass was moving! He sprayed around the outside of the house and also some other minor ant hills he searched out on my walkway and driveway. Lots of dead ants everywhere. Too bad you probably can't buy the stuff he uses. :-) The worry of how to remove giant carpenter ants from the wall quickly dissipated after his visit. I also recommended him to my neighbour who had wasps in her front wall. Must be something about our houses. I saw Waheed spraying the face of the house a few hours later and haven't noticed any wasps since.

Last summer at my work (an old house converted into an office) we had an outbreak of carpenter ants. We called Pesticon Pest Control and they came the next day. They were quick and knowledgeable. They agreed to come after hours which was more convenient for us, and they gave us a guarantee for 6 months (they couldn't guarantee another colony wouldn't set up the next spring in a different location, but they guaranteed this colony would be destroyed). They only had to come once - we never saw another ant. Later, when my boss bought a house one of the inspectors thought they saw some termite damage so we called Pesticon again. They came out and confirmed it was NOT termite damage, that we did not need their services, and then gave us some really great free advice to prevent termites in the future. The whole experience was pleasant, fast and professional.

While sitting on my deck with some friends we realized that the bees flying around were actually burrowing into the deck wood and pieces were falling down on our heads! I called Pesticon based on the reviews on this site, and Waheed came out to assess the problem immediately. He was great to work with, explained everything, was professional and caring. I feel like I could call him back if I ever had an issue again. Thanks Waheed!

I had ants in my kitchen that just wouldn't go away. Every day there were more and more. After I cleaned out my cupboards and tried to seal behind the stove where I thought they were, they still came up through the dishwasher and more. Finally I called Pesticon based on the great reviews here. I called on a Friday night thinking they might be available the following week, but they came that very Sunday morning. On time, polite, professional, get the job done approach. No surprises on timing or cost. I haven't had any problems since. Great peace of mind from day one with their help. Thank you!

Pesticon was great to work with from start to finish. Waheed was responsive, professional and and flexible with my schedule. Inspection and treatment began and finished on schedule and I have full confidence that I will not have any further issues. I highly recommend Pesticon and will call them again if I need them again future - but hopefully that is not necessary. ;)

We had an ant problem two years in a row and upon the second infestation, Pesticon came promptly to remedy the problem and did not charge us the full rate even though their services were past the guarantee. Waheed was very professional and friendly.

We called Pesticon based on a previous excellent experience with Ahmed, when he treated our house for mice. We were freaked out when we realized we have bedbugs and lost many nights of sleep until our schedules opened up for his visit. He came in, punctual as usual, fumigated the house in 1 h and asked us to stay out of the house for 5-6 hours. We treated our clothes and bedsheets the way he asked us to and we keep our fingers crossed that the beasts are DEAD! I certainly slept better last night knowing that Pesticon took care of the job. Ahmed is amazing but I sure hope I don't get to see him again:-)
