I contacted Waheed via Pesticon.ca regarding a problem we were having with carpenter ants in our recently acquired home. He contacted me very promptly and made arrangements to visit our house within 48 hours. He was on time and spent a bit more time on site than I expected, but this was only because he was very thorough. He's very professional and personable. The treatment included application of pesticide to the exterior and interior of the house. Waheed pointed out a couple of problem area outside our home and gave us some advice to control future insect outbreaks; controlling humidity inside the house and addressing some water damaged trim on the exterior. Considering the business Pesticon is in, I hope we require require their services in the future, but if we do need help with pest control, they'll be the only company we'll call.

Waheed arrived yesterday at my place on time as scheduled. He did a search around the house to see where the mice might have been coming in through. He left pellets as he saw fit based on my home and the nocks and crannies found. He left me with a number of feeding stations to place behind the stove, dishwasher and fridge once my kitchen is done. I think he did a great job. I expect that my rodent problem will disapear. Thanks Waheed.

I found Waheed to be professional and reliable. He was able to come promptly to treat the ant infestation. He even came back quickly when i called him to respray when the ants returned.

Called Pesticon due to Homestars to get rid of wasps in compost bins. Waheed came that night, explained the procedure and products used, and removed the wasps and nest. He used biodegradable products, so compost is still usable. He was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended to everyone.

I first found Pesticon on HomeStars. I contacted Waheed and he was able to come to our house within a day of contacting him. He arrived during the time frame stated, he explained what steps he would take to get rid of the ants that were in our bathroom, child's bedroom and various other places in the house. He explained that it might take him more than one visit to get rid of the ants. Waheed was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had to return several times to get rid of the ants and each time, he was very pleasant and punctual.

We had an assessment the same morning we called and a first treatment the day after. Following the first treatment and after following all of the suggestions the infestation (and bites) disappeared. Pesticon came for their second treatment two weeks later to ensure our problem had been completely dealt with. They were extremely professional and answered our questions honestly and completely. We are extremely satisfied with the service and the high level of professionalism displayed. The reviews we had read were bang-on. Choosing Pesticon to deal with our infestation was the best choice we could have made. Many thanks to Waheed for solving our problem quickly and thoroughly.

I been living at my place of resident for over 10years and we have a major bug infestation and I found Pesticon. They were on time very knowledgable and helpful. After one visit it is like night and day the bugs just seem to have dissappeared. I would recommend them to anyone who is living with the same problem I had.

Called Waheed after reading the most recent reviews on HomeStars to remove a wasp nest I had at the front of the house. He showed up the same day on short notice, sprayed and removed the nest. I asked if he would follow up and he said that wouldn't be necessary since the wasps were never coming back! I checked this morning there are no signs of activity. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others!

When I called, Mr. Waheed Ahmed responded immediately and gave me a very competetive quote. Although he was quite busy, he fit me into his schedule and came to my home that same evening at 8:30 pm. He was very polite and professional and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, explained the process and put me at ease. I am totally satisfied and would reccommend him without hesitation.
