Waheed Ahmed was very patient with us, especially knowing we have a huge phobia of mice. He offered great tips to prevent the mice from coming around. Calling an exterminator is not pleasant situation to find oneself in. Waheed made the process absolutely painless. Should I ever need an exterminator again Pesticon will be my first choice.

Waheed is always kind, professional and tries to be on time. He safely and quickly removed a concealed hornet's nest and we have not seen any more activity from any more hornets. He also checks up in the attic yearly to make sure there is no fresh activity from mice and replaces the poison just in case. I would recommend his service and we will always call Waheed at Pesticon when needed.

Super fast service, I needed some carpenter ants exterminated before repairs on my home could be continued. I got a reduced price because the job was small. I will use this service again.

Prompt service; I called in the morning, and he came that day. Seems honest and did the job; the wasps were killed with a torch spraying solution, he had on full wasp protection overall. Price is competitive.

In April 2011, a Tenant complained of bedbugs. Called a few of the top companies up from Homestars. Waheed from Pesticon was the first and only one to reply. He responds very quickly. He came in on that weekend; confirmed the infestation and suggested the preparation process and then booked another appointment to eradicate the problem. Guaranteed 6mths bedbug free. Has been a few months already. Haven't heard back from the tenant which is a good. Called again July 2011 for another bedbug infestation in a different unit downtown; true to nature Waheed responded almost instantaneous after sending the email request. We booked an appointment 2days later and he confirmed there was NO bedbugs in this unit, just a few roaches. Sprayed for the roaches. He's quick, prompt and courteous. Thank you.

In a stressful time, Waheed was just the kind, warm voice of reassurance that we needed. We called twice: once when the first bites happened, and again (several weeks later) when they happened again -- at 5:30am. We expected to leave a voice message, but Waheed answered in person, and called us back 30 minutes later to book an appointment. The service was professional (there was almost no evidence of the spray), as was Waheed, though he also had a neighbourly warmth about him that we greatly appreciated. He offered a lot of helpful advice for preventing any future possible problems, and although we certainly hope not to have this problem again, we wouldn't think twice about calling Pesticon again. Highly recommended.
