Waheed Ahmed of Pesticon answered my phone inquiries immediately, visited the site promptly and followed up with his services in a timely fashion. He was well informed and shared his knowledge with me in a way that was easily comprehended. This was a professional experience of the highest order. It must be noted that insufficient time has elapsed to judge his success rate with the infestation, but I expect an appropriate alleviation of the problem.

Waheed Ahmed came in and immediatly diagnosed the problem and he quickly put into action the drilling and spraying to kill the ant nest and eliminate the problem. he was in and out in 60 minutes and did a great job. he has a BSc degree in entemology and really understands insects. i would highly recommend him for any pest control work in the GTA.

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, I discovered a large nest of carpenter ants in my shed. Having heard about Pesticon's amazing service from my sister, I called Waheed and he came within 30 minutes of my phone call. He completely took care of the ant problem in my shed and he also took the time to answer all the questions that I had. Waheed was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had cement ants boring their way through the ceiling in our basement. I really didn't know who to call -- so I went through HomeStars website and read the reviews for pest control companies. I decided to call Pesticon and within a couple of hours on the same day, Waheed showed up and went to work. He charged $200, which was incredibly reasonable. A few months later, I saw cement ants outside the home and panicked. I called Waheed again. He arrived promptly, and even though this problem didn't seem directly related to the first incident, fixed the problem and didn't charge me a dime. He is simply awesome -- and I know I won't be going anywhere else if I need help in the future, and I wouldn't hestitate to recommend him extremely highly to anyone who needs help getting rid of pests. In this day and age, it's amazing to have someone who is incredibly prompt, friendly, takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he'll fix it, offers a guarantee (and seriously means it) and returns if you have a problem with absolutely no excuses, a fantastic service ethic and no bullshit. A perfect score for this gentleman -- absolutely worth every penny.

Two weeks ago, upon my return from several weeks vacation, I came home to find ants in my kitchen. As insignificant as they may seem to some, ants are my worst nightmare. I called Pesticon, based solely on their Homestars reviews, and spoke to Waheed. Although he was booked solid, he knew the state I was in and made arrangements to fit me in late in the afternoon the next day. He turned up as promised (driving from Burlington to Scarborough!), explained what he was going to do, and assured me the ants would be gone. It’s been two weeks now and I haven’t seen another ant. Not only did Waheed provide the service he promised, but he was such a professional, caring, and most importantly – honest - guy. I was very impressed with him personally. But, as good as he was, I hope I never have to see him again. Thanks, Waheed, you’re the best.

Had a pavement ant problem. Phoned several pest control companies and got a standard canned response except for Waheed at Pesticon. Within a couple days he was at my house. He was extremely thorough, helpful, and pleasant. It's been a few weeks and no ants. Highly recommended.

We had Carpenter Ants last summer in our old apartment and this summer again in the new one. Waheed took care of the problem last summer in a very professional manner. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy who executes flawlessly. He came into our new home today as we had the same situation again. Waheed remembered not only my name, but also the job he did for us last year! He did his magic once again and we can rest assured that the problem is resolved. While he was doing his job I also asked him a couple of other questions with regards to other insects and he gave his recommendations on how to deal with other small issues; spiders, few bugs etc. I can't praise Waheed enough and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for professional, efficient and friendly service at very reasonable rates.

This was the 2nd time using Pesticon and I have been very happy with the service both times. Each time, Waheed came promptly at the time he promised and explained what the problem was and solved the issue. We had ants in our house and he was able to spot the nest right away.

Great, great, great service. Oh that all businesses were so focused on customer service. Sprayed for carpenter ants. On time, courteous, efficient. And it worked. An added plus is a lot of the other insects that like to party in our home have been eliminated or greatly reduced. Highly recommend to anyone/everyone.

We put an offer on a house and the home inspector suspected there were termites and suggested we contact a specialist in pest control. With only 24 hours left on the clock, we called Pesticon and Waheed agreed to come out to the house the next morning at 7:30 am to help us out determine if there were any termites. Thank god, there were none. Waheed is a great guy. Very knowledgeable, patient and definitely went the extra mile for us. Good price and made the process so easy for us. I now have peace of mind and that is priceless.
