Living in downtown Toronto near the Garrison Creek (IE sand in the soil), we have had previous termite damage in our 100 year old house. We knew this when we bought and had a $250 termite inspection with another company. When doing some recent renovations, we saw what we thought might be more recent activity. I called Waheed and he arranged to come as soon as possible (within 4 hours) and check out the areas in question. He confirmed there is still no current termite activity, but that there was evidence of recent (not sure how recent) carpenter ant damage. He left the site with NO CHARGE. He later let me know we should consider an updated termite proofing and a spraying for carpenter ants. I did not feel pressure with either recommendation. We decided to have the spray done for the carpenter ants, and we will not hesitate to call Waheed back for a termite proofing when time and finances permit. Waheed was very informative during his visit, very friendly and very professional. I felt like I was getting personal and professional service and will definitely call him back for any other pest issues that arise.

Every now and then you encounter an individual who provides punctual, timely and courteous customer service like no other - last month that person was Waheed for us. He provided his professional services to eradicate the numerous carpenter ants that were building a nest at the base of the front porch of our house. He is greatly knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. I feel so much better coming home from work not seeing all those carpenter ants scurrying around the front perimeter of our house. I found out last Saturday that there is wasp hive inside my drywall. A friend of my recommended Waheed. So I gave him a call at 8 in the morning. Waheed came in around 10 and cleaned it up within an hour. Excellent service. Did a great job and I am now wasp free. Got a great deal also.

I know Wahid for a long time from the problem I faced with cockroach in my rented house in Scarborough, then when I moved to my new house at Milton, he made sure that no cockroach can refuge to my new house; recently we found mice poos around our house, we called him, he immediately taken action, and I am positive whatever treatment Wahid has done is going to take care of the mice problem in my house; in essence Wahid is very right professional pest controller that I can depend upon.

We had three wasp nests in our roof. Waheed was punctual, courteous and, most important, eliminated the problem at a reasonable cost. The amount charged was even slightly less than the initial quote - when does that happen in the service business?! I would recommend Pesticon without hesitation.
