They answered the phone at 9pm, they were extremely nice and squeezed in a visit to our house for the following day. When Abeer came he was very sweet and gave me all the info I needed, filled in all the potential mouse holes, and left poison in all the appropriate places. They were exactly what I needed to help calm my nerves, and dealt with everything very professionally. I would recommend!

He is interesting and the effect is very good. I like it. Although a little number of bugs are still alive I will try to kill them one by one

2nd visit of 6 month guarantee, very thorough, helpful and importantly arrived on time. We have a problem with bird feeders, which attract rats. 2 bait stations were supplied and refilled

Iftikhar has been visiting our home once a year since 6yrs ago when he had mice issue inside the house. Since then we didn't have any problems. This year we started seeing rats in our backyard so decided to act fast to ensure they don't get inside the house. Iftikhar installed two boxes outside that will prevent both rats & mice getting inside the house. The poison used is great because the rodents dry up instead of rotting and it's a fast acting poison. Iftikhar checked previously installed boxes inside the house & they're not touched & so can still work. Thus we only got boxes for outside. I strongly recommend Pesticon for their services!

We had tried another service 9 months before, they were rude, sloppy, and did not come back while the mice continued in our house. We decided to stop fighting to have them come back and try a new Pesticon. They were amazing, thorough ~ found the entry points, blocked them and went into all the areas to lay key traps and items to combat them. Andre, my service guy was also adamant about calling them to come back and he would personally come to make sure he didn’t miss something or figure it out from there. He was also really nice to our 2 & 1 year old. Highly recommended! Would and will use them again

Jayesh was excellent in dealing with my squirrel in the roof issue. Very knowledgeable with great customer service. He came to my house in time and dealt with the issue right away.

From the initial call to book, to the work being done, I found this company to be professional and responsive. I needed the work done quickly and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain that day and I got a call from Donna in the office during the time window to say the technician would come the following day due to the heavy rains. Jay arrived the next day on time and completed the work quickly and effectively. He was friendly and did a good job. I've had other work done by Pesticon before and I found them to be reliable and professional then too.
