We have used Pesticon three times for problems with mice, cockroaches, and bed bugs. We have always dealt with Waheed who is courteous and who gives us confidence with these embarassing issues that come with an old home. Our first experience was with cockroaches, which he treated with gel that would not harm pets or kids. His treatment was much cheaper than what other companies offered, and he answered our call with a visit almost immediately. He mentioned in conversation that he had studied insects in university, and that he is well experienced in the industry. Our next rotten experience was with bed bugs, where I was frantic because we were all being bitten. While another company suggested that we would have to spend $1000 and still not be rid of them, Pesticon charged a fraction of the price (and told us we were ripped off with the mattress cover we bought and that he could have gotten us one cheaper), and asked that we leave the home for the treatment for the afternoon -- we left overnight -- and we haven't had a single bite since. Finally we called Pesticon most recently for mice. Although I haven't yet seen the success of this treatment, Waheed was very polite and quick to answer our call once again, made sure that the treatment didn't bother our kids or cat, and re-bolstered our cockroach prevention at the same time.
