I'm in the process of selling our home and need some work done roof which is above the deck (about 8 ft). We have a 2 year old and a small baby as well and the wasps were just a nuissance. I called Ahmed and he was there in about 2 hours, and was done within 15 minutes. I am laughing now watching them try to get in, but can't...and he said by tonight they will be gone. I'm very happy!

I called Mr. Ahmed initially to check out a possible carpenter ant infestation. He came the same day and scheduled treatment for the next day, Sat. He came on time, was professional and efficient and when I called later with questions, got to me back immediately. The second time I called for removal of a wasp nest, he arranged to come the same day, and again checked the outside of the house for any ants, and the removal of the wasps was fast and efficient. I have never had difficulty contacting him or getting almost immediate service. I would definitely call him first for any future pest problem, and highly recommend his company.

A few months ago, we had the unfortunate situation of having to deal with a Bed Beg Infestation in our home. We don't know how we acquired these little critters, but all we knew is that my wife and kids were being bit by some sort of insect at night. After meeting with a few different pest control companies and doing some research on the internet, we came across Waheed Ahmed from Pesticon Pest Control. He was reasonably priced, very personable and treating our situation with the utmost respect during this difficult time. He was always punctual, courteous, easy to get a hold of on the phone, respectful of our furniture and came back multiple times to ensure that the problem was solved. So far so good. I needed to deal with a wasp's nest on my balcony. I was having a family BBQ on the holiday Monday and called Pesticon on the Sunday the day before. I was prepared to get voice mail and no immediate call back. Instead I reach and the owner and briefly described my situation. He initially said that he could come Monday morning which was impressive in itself because it was a holiday. When he heard that I was having a family function on the balcony he said he would try to connect with one of his service people to see whether they could come Sunday night! He called back 10 minutes later and said that he could come around 7 PM. He would have come earlier but he was in Niagara with the family. Wow, now that's service. I've put the owner's name and tel number in my PDA to make sure I always have it available.

We had a small infestation of bed bugs in one bedroom. I was in a panic, I knew that bed bugs where difficult to eliminate. I did a lot of reading online, searched consumer reviews, and Pesticon's name came up over and over as being professional and having excellent results. Waheed was not only professional, and provided great service, he was also personable and put me at ease that he would take care of the bugs. He guaranteed his work, thank goodness, because we had to call him back when we had a recurrence, which I found out was not unusual with bed bugs. If you are looking for someone, really you don't need to think twice about calling Mr. Ahmed.

My daughter, who lives in the same neighbourhood as I do, discovered bedbugs in her apartment. She had had to deal with bedbugs at a previous apartment (the apartment was sprayed but the bedbugs returned) and eventually moved, leaving half of her things behind, as she was paranoid about transporting them with her. Three years later, more bedbugs - ugh. She was distraught. I googled Pest Control companies and chose Pesticon from the information on their website. The fellow came right away, sprayed and set off a 'bomb' in her room, which was where the main infestation was. My daughter has not seen another bedbug since and is feeling greatly relieved. About six weeks later, I found bedbugs at my place. I called Pesticon again. They sprayed and set off a 'bomb'. About a week later, I spied one bedbug. I called right away and they again sprayed, at no additional cost. Thanks, Pesticon, for helping both my daughter and me have peace of mind about sleeping in our own beds!

I travel a lot because of my work, so I can't fully check my house all the time. I came back last week to find, rat droppings. I was very nervous and called at random Pesticon. I was surprised by their quick response, and all the rats have gone. I highly recommend Pesticon.

Waheed the owner/manager is a reliable and knowledgable gentleman. He can be counted on and will also be there to follow up if there is a problem in the future. I recommend his services to anyone who is unlucky enough to need pest control.
