Mr. Khan (from Pesticon) is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He started the visit by asking me to tell him all the necessary information about what I had observed regarding my new mouse problem. Then he systematically inspected each of the areas where I had noticed activity/noise, and set bait stations in those areas. He set additional bait stations in a few other areas that are common mouse problems, even though I had not noticed activity there, just to be thorough. Next, he went outside to inspect any possible entry points, and was able to figure out which of those points were giving the critter(s) access. Mr. Khan sealed all possible exterior gaps around pipes, etc. I also asked him to take a look in my attic, even though I had not heard any sounds coming from the ceiling, and he discovered what looked to be mouse activity from the past, showing me photos he took; just in case, he distributed poison in the attic. Mr. Khan gave me detailed instructions about what to look for in the coming weeks and months so that I know how to track progress. He also told me what to be cautious of regarding my dog, in order to protect her from finding a dead mouse that had ingested poison. Overall, I found the service provided by Mr. Khan to be very professional and pleasant, and I was very impressed with his level of expertise. And Pesticon as a company provided prompt attention to my request for help, with good communication from the office staff before and after Mr. Khan's visit. They charge a very reasonable price and guarantee their work. Highly recommend.

I woke up in my new built custom home at 3 am, by the noise of biting in venting pipe. I called to pesticon for help 7am. The arranged service is 12 pm, but the person arrived earlier, around 10am since my case is emergent. The staff is very knowledgeable and problem shooting, we walk around the house and then move inside to check evidence.

Quick, efficient, and professional. Great company to work with from me initially contacting them to the end of the procedure. I contacted them the night before and had my treatment done the next day. Highly recommended!

Great service, the service man came within an hour and gave me great feedback in how to deal with this situation. Put down boxes of poison in hidden areas, told me it would take 6 months for it to be clear. I would highly recommend them.

Jason was so amazing. He arrived in the communicated time and made quick work of assessing our mouse situation. Despite it being a challenge to discover, Jason would not relent on finding the entry point and closing it up with steel wool. When I first called the representative was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. The technician that was sent to my home was Jason. He was very helpful and found where the mice were coming into the home and helped seal them with mesh. Jason also placed many bait boxes. In addition he also sprayed the entire house to rid of any bugs and critters. I'm really happy with their service. Because of their exceptional service, I've signed up for their annual service package.
