    Rodent Exterminator

    Very efficient and thorough service removing mice from the basement. Very knowledgeable on topic Khan very professional and helpful. He texted when he was on his way. Office Administrator Donna most pleasant and engaging. WOrked well around our schedule.

    Ant problem

    We’ve had a problem with carpenter ants that has just gotten a lot worse. We tried to deal with it ourselves but ended up having to call in the professionals. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and got right to work. I received a text when they were done. Communication has been clear and consistent.

    bird was caught in our kitchen range hood

    Technician was very helpful and successfully helped a bird leave our range hood. The bird was okay and flew away. He also secured our roof to ensure this will not happen again.

    Pest Control by Khayyam

    Rat Extermination

    Heard scratching in the wall. Technician came and placed bait stations around the house and outdoors. Went through the effort of opening up a hole in the ceiling a placing bait there then resealing the hole. Above and beyond.
