    Andre was very professional and very patient with all of my concerns and questions. He answered all of my questions and did a through job in and outside of the house.

    Mice Control by Khayyam

    Cockroaches treatment done

    Khayaam Header did a detailed very focused on time and friendly treatment in our home kitchen basement and washrooms and even back of family room sofas even. Thanks Khayaam.

    Wasp removal

    Pest Control

    I’ve used this company for years. They’re responsive, responsible and courteous. I asked for them to come by for a semi annual inspection and service.

    Wasp nest invading master bedroom

    Imagine this scenario: you return from a 2-week vacation to discover dozens of dead wasps on the floor of the bathrooms upstairs. Then you realize that there is a hole in the corner of your master bedroom and live wasps are coming in! Apparently there was a nest in the wall and the wasps had eaten through the drywall. To make matters worse, it's Labour Day, so we feared that no exterminators would be working. We called Pesticon based on the reviews on HomeStars, and Waheed (the owner) was at our house within 90 minutes. He sprayed the nest from the inside and the outside (reaching out the window using a pole) and told us that if we still saw wasps the next evening, to call him again. Since we still saw wasps entering the nest from outside the next day, he sent one of his staff, who sprayed the nest again from the outside. So far so good (it's been almost a week now). Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Pesticon. It's clear that they really care about their customers. Courteous, communicative, competent, and cost-effective. What more could you want?

    Mice extermination

    I can’t say enough good things about Pesticon. They answered the phone call on a Sunday evening of a long weekend. When I explained that I saw two mice in my home, they came promptly and they quickly took care of the problem. They were polite and compassionate because they could see I was in distress from the mice. After thoroughly examining the home, they identified the source of the issue (a hole in the garage). They solved it right away, planted several baits, and made sure I was comfortable. I am so impressed by the efficiency, quality and customer service. Thank you so much!

    Wasp Treatment - Great Service

    I noticed a hole above my door in the caulking where wasps were coming in and out. Upon further inspection I noticed another hole under the eaves that they were flying in and out also. I decided to caulk the hole and then preceded to email pesticon to send someone over. I was impressed that within minutes I got a call and I was told to take off the caulking right away because the wasps could go deeper into the house and possibly come into the house. I'm glad they let me know because I didn't think of that. Andre came the following day and he put all my fears at ease. His customer service was outstanding and he made me feel safe entering my home once again. Pesticon gives you a 6 month guarantee so I know I'm in good hands going forward. Another thing I like was that I got a notification when he was on the way. It's a small thing but the customer service and communication that pesticon delivered was appreciated. I would definitely hire pesticon again for all my future pest needs though I hope I don't have any needs in the future.
