Great customer service. Called late Saturday and had tech scheduled first apt Monday morning. My wife saw 2 tiny mice in the house and we knew we had to call the professionals. Jason was very friendly. Came on time. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail. Gave many pointers along the way. Checked my entire house including all floors, basement, the garage and the entire exterior of the house. Found the source, but lay adequate bait in the entire house to give us peace of mind. Highly professional company. Owner Waheed is very personable and always willing to ensure customer is entirely satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend them.

My husband saw a mouse in the kitchen last night and we both freaked out. After trying to find without success we went straight to homestars to find a pest control company. After reading great reviews we decided to call Pesticon. They came out the next morning!! Blair was great. Walked us through the process and set up traps to catch the little devil. Been hearing some sounds above our kitchen for some time. Finally got the landlords to send someone and they sent the best company. Blair from Pesticon was here and explained the situation and gave me some helpful tips. Baited the attic and the basement as these were two key areas that I was seeing and hearing activity. Wife and I had been hearing small noises in the attic for some time and decided to get someone in. After calling around we found Pesticon an arranged an appointment for the next day. Blair was here and did a very good attic inspection. Answered all my questions and baited the attic with poison as needed. After a couple of days we continued to hear noises but they soon stopped. He followed up with us two weeks later and we baited because some of the poison was eaten, even found a dead mouse. Very happy with the quality of service and the friendly conversation and experience. Thank you

I called this company for some information on pest elimination and Donna who answered the phone was very friendly, answered all my questions, explained the procedure and booked my appointment at my convenience. Jason the technician, also very personable, arrived at the appointed time, explained the procedure clearly and again answered our questions and concerns. It looks like the treatment is very effective and nice to know that there is a 6 month guarantee. I called 2 other companies before chosing Pesticon based on customer service and the reviews that I had read on this site and am glad I did!

Jason was thoughtful, thorough, and made everything super easy to see and understand. He gave simple, effective solutions, and the work is guaranteed for 6 months. Highly recommend! Unless you're a mouse.

Incredibly short wait time on the phone, unlike other companies I called. I was given an appointment the very next day and told the technician would arrive between 2pm and 3pm. Instead, he called me at 1pm and arrived onsite at 1:40pm. The technician answered all my questions, fully. Really excellent service!
