    Pest control service

    Pros: -pleasant telephone manner -they have a 6 month guarantee that if the pest(s) are not gone the 1st time, they'll come back and respray at no charge -quick to answer or pick up phone calls -the 2nd man who came to spray was professional, courteous and covered his shoes while working in my home -the owner of the business seems professional and cares a lot about his business Cons: -despite what they said, the pests (centipedes) have not been eradicated even after they've come 2 times to spray my home -the 1st man who came to spray: 1. didn't remove his shoes & left dirty shoe tracks throughout my home 2. sprayed indiscriminately so that I found dried spray on some of my appliances the following day 3. Did not give me an invoice for the work he did

    Rodent removal and reoccurrence prevention

    Sept. 2016We came home one eve after work to a visitor in our kitchen trash - had entered through a large hole under kitchen sink/cabinet. We called Orkin and they told us they are booked up for 4-6 weeks! We went on Homestars and found their top pest company - Pesticon - and they came in 45mins. Janak (Patel) was very friendly, patientand willing to answer all our questions about how the rats live/survive/move around and about how any poison traps will work/timelines etc. He found the entry point and where in our basement they were moving around.In truth, it only took a couple weeks for them to be completely gone but we waited a full month to be sure then we called Pesticon back to have Janak come seal the entry point under our deck - no questions asked, top service!I would recommend Pesticon to anyone and remind people to listen to them in terms of timelines and root causes and act fast when you see droppings or other signs. They were a great help!

    Service

    Manish Patel came to my home to solve my ant problem. He was so professional and nice. Thank you so much! I have called Pesticon before when I had an issue with wasps. I didn't hesitate to call again. I highly recommend Pesticon and Manish Patel. They are awesome!! Thank you for doing what you do!!!

    Wasp nest removal

    I've used this company to remove wasp nests on two different properties. Great job both times.

    Mice in the house

    We had a problem with mice for over a month. Tried mouse traps, caught two, but the others became smarter and were avoiding the traps. I called Pesticon and set up an appointment . The technician came on time , put a couple of his traps around the house and left. We have seen any mice since then (over a month) .I also used Pesticon few years ago when had a problem with Carpenter bee on my patio deck.

    Great service

    I was able to get a technician to my house within 24 hours of calling. The technician had two make two separate visits to house to handle our ant issues however they eliminated the ants. The technician was professional and polite.

    Mice problem unresolved

    We hired pesticon to help with our mouse infestation in our new home. Manish was the person who came to look at our situation. He took a look around the outside the house but it didn't seem like you investigated in very much detail and said he couldn't find any entry points for the mice. Inside the house he set bait stations and told us to not try to seal any potential entry points that we noticed inside the house. He said to let the mice come and go and eat the poison and to disinfect and clean up any droppings that we found. He said to do this for six weeks and then call him if he still had a problem. So we did as he said and saw no change and called him back. He returned and checked all the bait stations he had said set up and seemed very surprised that none of the bait had been touched by the mice. He said I don't understand this is the best poison I have. When I asked him what he is going to do next he said well we'll try some different poison and he put some other bait stations around and said to wait another six weeks and again let the mice come and go. Again we saw no results at all and at that point in time the guaranteed time frame had elapsed. We are very dissatisfied with the lack of results and are still left with a huge mouse problem. We are currently looking for a different company to try to help us with this problem and are disappointed that we have to spend more money again to try and get results. I cannot recommend this company.

    Rates on my neighbor’s backyard crossing my property

    Khayyam Haider from Pesticon control showed up on time, professionally presented himself and his company, carefully listened to my issues. The right action has been taken and it is very effective I have been taken care by everyone. Fully recommended this company

    Coles and ants

    After some neighborhood construction some voles invaded our neighborhood. Kam came and baited the holes and gardens in the yard and they never appeared to return more than a year and a half later. Recently, after some fence demolition and construction it appeared that carpenter ants were making a home in our wood framing and bow window casings the evidence was a handful of wood dust that would appear on our floor under the window on the inside of our house. Pesticon came and assessed the problem and in 3 days would come and spray, smoke and leave bait. They were sensitive to our cats need to stay in home in a very remote protected area and to the time we would need to stay clear of the house on a school night. Although the bait has a distinguishable smell, the effect of the treatment was immediate. A little sensitive to the Lambda and Abemectin used, floor washing helped and we will eventually take out some of the bait from under enclosed cupboards. They were very professional and effective.
