Pesticon Pest Control is my reliable go-to service for pest problems in my apartment buildings in Toronto and Hamilton. They make sure that the problem is completely eliminated, which gives me the confidence that once I call them, then I don't have to think any more about the problem. They are true professional pest control experts.

I just moved into my new house and discovered there were all kinds of creepy critters already calling it home. Thankfully, Iftekhar came to visit this morning and did a great job spraying to remove the unwanted co-habitants. He did a fabulous job explaining the process and what to do to get the most from the service. I bought the silver package so I am confident that if I see any more critters, I'll be covered for service for a full year. So glad I called this company - found them along with most of my other contractors on Homestars.

Last summer I called Pesticon to have my house in Toronto treated for cockroaches. The employee came to our house and sprayed some powder around but it didn't seem to take very long and I wondered how thorough a treatment it was. But I paid about $300 and hoped that it solved our problem. The months passed and the cockroaches never really went away. I called Pesticon and asked about their 6 month guarantee. It took some negotiating but eventually the lady I talked to on the phone agreed to send someone to do another treatment. That visit seemed to go even faster and less thorough than the last one. Is just spraying some powder around in random places in a house an effective pest control method for cockroaches? The employee was in and out of the house in about 5 minutes. The treatment did seem to reduce the amount of cockroaches but did not appear to completely eradicate them. They are still in my house and show up often. I feel like I wasted $350 on Pesticon.

Pesticon was quick to reply and was very accommodating to our time schedule and needs. Their work is excellent. Everyone I dealt with is very professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. The experience was outstanding from the moment I picked up the phone to paying the bill. They are specialists in this field. They have integrity, deliver what they promise and have pride in their work. I've used Pesticon in 2 of my buildings and will use them for all my future buildings.

Service technician was excellent. Came back six months later to look at bait boxes and refilled as necessary. Mice were gone within days of the bait boxes being set. Will definitely continue with their services.

I found wasps entering the weeping hole near 1st floor window. I called pesticon and khayyam came in short time . He found a wasp nest in there and treated it in a very professional manner.

Within couple of days, the rat(s) were not visible and their activities ceased. Unfortunatelly, rat(s) died somewhere behind the walls, and I could not have them removed. The technician promptly showed up and provided me with organic crystals/beads that facilitate the eventual disappearance of the odor. Technician was very professional, efficient and timely.

Pesticon was quick to send someone out to deal with the boxelder bug infestation problem I have in my yard. They were also quite accommodating when I called the day of my appointment to change the time to something earlier. They sent a very calm and knowledgeable technician (very helpful and necessary in a time like this) and a true professional. He took the time to spray every nook and cranny in the yard to insure we get rid of the problem. I highly a recommend Pesticon!

I had a very good experience with Pesticon so far. They responded to my problems very fast and provided professional service. Although due to some special reasons my problem was not solved in one shot, they did come back for free as they promise 6 month guarantee. Overall, this company will be my future goto company for all my pest problems for sure. I am confident this will be a long term relationship.
