We have called Pesticon over the last few years for our various pest issues. Their service is great every time. We had an issue with ant hills on our driveway interlock. Iftikhar provided great and reliable service. He is very knowledgeable and prompt. After one spraying, the ants were gone, and they have not returned since. We will be using Pesticon Pest Control for our monthly spraying on the exterior of our house during the summer.

Khayyam was very professional and service oriented. He initially set traps and they got the smaller mice. However, there was something clearly much larger. He set the large traps and we were able to catch the Rat, it was longer than 2 feet. Throughout this process he always came by the house when I asked him to, and was great.

We needed racoons removed from under our tenants' deck on the third floor of our triplex. We called on a Saturday evening, expecting to leave a message, but we were pleasantly surprised that our call was answered and someone from wildlife control was dispatched that evening to provide an estimate. Within an hour, they were at the house and did a thorough inspection. Shakeel provided an estimate, and gave a clear outline of what we could expect: he would remove racoons, and racoon-proof the area where they had made the nest, but that we could expect them to return as racoons are territorial, so he gave us some suggestions on discouraging their visits. They started the job that evening, and the racoons were gone within a day or two, they returned a few days later to removed the one-way door and finish racoon-proofing the area. The job was neat, and well-done (even though it was a high three-stories up), and their customer service impeccable. The cost was about what we were expecting to pay, but an excellent deal over-all given our high level of satisfaction and incredibly prompt service. Highly recommended. (Post-script: It is a few weeks later, and happily the racoons have not returned.)

Thanks to Iftikhar from Pesticon who came in to deal with our carpenter ant issues in the house. He came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and took the time to explain what was going on as well as the necessary procedures in eliminating the annoying ant problem. Thanks again to Iftikhar, and i would definitely recommend these guys to anyone with pest issues.

Iftikar was courteous and quick with the treatment for the house. He sprayed the perimeter and also covered problem areas for the basement (for silverfish) and an ant issue on the main floor. Did well to explain the various packages available and precautions necessary as I have a young toddler.

Iftikhar came in a timely manner. He is very professional and knowledgeable he explained clearly what he was gonna do. He inspected all the possible entries where mice can sneak inside from. Plugged them with wire wool, and placed poison boxes near them. I didn't want to write this review before at least 5 weeks of his visit to be sure he did a great job. Whe he actually did ! After 4 weeks there are no signs of mice in the garage or in the house. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Iftihak did very good work, I am recommended to my fellow landlords. He is very informative and know with he was doing.

Very pleased with the service and work done. I've dealt with a number of pest control companies in the past due to squirrels getting into my attic. I'd heard activity in the attic in late winter, early spring, and called several companies. Pesticon responded quickly and sent a father-son team to investigate. They charged $100 for the inspection, and demonstrated that they were knowledgeable about the ecology and behaviours of the squirrels. I had already known some information beforehand, and was impressed with their recommendations in terms of timing and approach to remove the squirrels. I delayed having them install a one-way door until the babies had matured, and arranged for them to come in. The total cost was $350 + tax, with the inspection fee included. They gave me several tips on how best to reduce the chances of the animals returning, and honest throughout my interaction, not pressing me to add extra mesh unnecessarily, and advising me that they would add extra mesh if needed at the standard costs. All costs were upfront, and invoicing was done electronically. I would definitely recommend Pesticon.
