    Wonderful cleaning and service

    A sincere servicer who cares and knows about rugs. Thorough and thoughtful. Brought a very used wool carpet back to look like new! Took gentle care with a hand woven rug that came back perfect. A true professional job worth the money

    Great service, great work

    My kittens had done a number on my carpet - pulling threads and covering it with dirt. The response from Toronto Rug Cleaning was prompt and professional. We had a consultation that was helpful to us in terms of deciding whether or not to move forward with the work and we were really happy with the result. The rug looks as good as new!!

    What a pleasant surprise!

    My basement flooded and soaked a huge fluffy rug I had down there, so I was looking for someone to take it away and clean and dry it. Found this company during a quick google search, but it felt more like the kind of service you would get from a company that was recommended by a close friend. So helpful, so thorough. The rug looks great and I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough.

    Silk and wool carpet

    The cleaning of our beautiful carpet was so thorough. Ben suggested a new underpad and how the carpet should be placed in the room. What a difference! I would highly recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning. Thank you Ben. Arna/Toronto

    Exceptional Service & Craftsmanship - Start to Finish

    Our beautiful rug, a family heirloom, had been ravaged by years of dogs and happy family traffic. Ben examined it closely, was able to basically describe its origins, made some very sensible suggestions and off it went for a month. I was STUNNED by the end result. A rug that had been so thoroughly cleaned, it’s original colour was evident; a new, had-made fringe; small leatherette borders on the bottom to help keep the edges in good condition. Overall, it looked like a brand new 70 year old carpet. Pick-up and delivery happened exactly as promised. I have found my go-to carpet company/professional. Head and shoulders above everyone else I’ve used. I give Ben and Toronto Rug Cleaning the very highest of recommendations. Wish I could award bonus stars, but I can’t.

    Rug cleaning

    Thank you Ben ! Amazing service, excellent job in cleaning my two original rugs , it like new again. very knowledgeable, gave me history of one of my over 100 years old original rug and where it is originally from. I almost gave it away and he show me some of the similar rug that is on the market and it‘s worth, WOW, Thanks again, I am now very happy with two like new rugs :)))

    Cleaned two rugs

    Toronto Rug Cleaning (TRC) did a thorough job in cleaning two of our rugs, and one was a challenge to clean and restore. The rug pictured was stained and ripped, with the details dulled down by usage from a previous owner. As the “after” picture clearly shows, TRC did a great job in brightening thIs rug. TRC is very knowledgeable and was great to work with.

    Rug cleaning

    Amazing service! Ben is the best. Thought I might have to throw away my Persian rug when it was infested with moths, but he completely saved it and now it’s as good as new. Couldn’t recommend this company more! I will go to them for all my rug needs.

    Carpet cleaning and restoration

    When we got this 100-year old Rug back from restoration and cleaning it was like a new rug- bright and full-bodied and dramatic. We would never have thought a rug could be restored so beautifully. Such meticulous craftsmanship from Ben and his staff is fully recommended.
