Rug stain removal
Got a giant red wine stain out of our beautiful Pakistani rug - and I mean 100% out! Stain was left by our subletter and we had no idea how old it was, but they washed it out no problem and now it looks brand new. Owner is nice, personable, came straight to our home just 30 min after I called. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Carpet cleaning
I purchased a beautiful second hand carpet unknowingly soaked in cat urine. It just stank! Toronto Rug Cleaning came right away, picked it up and delivered it back promptly cat urine and smell free! Thank you Toronto Rug Cleaning!

carpet cleaning
Toronto Rug Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my home. Ben was immediately available when I phoned. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. One of the area rugs was badly damaged and Ben repaired it at a reasonable price. It now looks new again. I am very happy with this company.

Carpet cleaning
Toronto Rug Cleaning cleaned my living room and dining room area rugs. They picked up the rugs, cleaned them and put them back.

Carpet Cleaning

I thought my rug was ruined...
I thought a food spill had ruined my rug. I was pretty upset. I called Ben and he was here within a couple of hours. He gave me some suggestions on how he could fix it and I felt very confident that he would do his best. He took my rug, left me a loaner and called me the very next day to give me the good news that the rug was clean. My rug is back in place, it looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Ben is such a nice warm person, I have never received such great service.

Area Rug Cleaning
Ben is an incredibly kind and compassionate man. Along with doing a beautiful job of cleaning our rug, he was very patient with us as we were scheduled to move in to our newly renovated home however learned that it would be significantly delayed. Ben stored our rug for over 3 months, never getting upset with the inconvenience of doing so. I would highly recommend Ben for all your area rug and carpet needs as he goes far beyond great customer service. Thank you Ben!

Oriental rug cleaning

Cleaning of very valuable Persian Rugs
Wow, Ben's work is absolutely amazing. When he came to my home to inspect the rugs, it was clear from the moment he began speaking, how important his business and love of these rugs are. My rugs were in terrible condition, much worse than I had even imagined. I was embarrassed as he inspected each one. He carefully explained how he would care for them, but made no promises that he could fully repair the damage. The promise he did make was that he would do his best! Three weeks later when he and his son came to deliver my cleaned rugs I could not believe what was being rolled out in front of my eyes. Ben had achieved such great results it was impossible to tell where the stains had been. The damage due to sunlight was repaired, and my rugs looked like brand new. I was almost in tears. His love of the work that goes into the making of these beautiful pieces of art is clear in the way he takes such incredible care to repair and tend to these rugs. He even brought a lovely Persian lunch to share more of his culture with me. There is absolutely no way I will ever let anyone else care for these rugs. Let the pictures speak for themselves! Ben you are a treasure!
