Rug Cleaning
Ben was amazing! I had a very large red wine spill on Christmas night. I called Ben and he came, picked up the rug two days after Christmas and returned it on New Year's Day. The stain was gone and he scotch-guarded the carpet, too. I would definitely use him again.

2 carpets cleaned and repaired
After receiving two carpets from a relative, we were unfamiliar with where to start in terms of care. The carpets both required cleaning and one carpet in particular required significant repair. Our research on the internet gave us great confidence that Ben and his team could assist us with our project. We were so impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. He not only met our expectations but exceeded them. The repairs were seamless, the quality of work was exemplary and the service was superb. Ben did a lovely job with our 100 yr old oriental. Very helpful patient and courteous.

Rug cleaning
We spilled a vase of flowers onto the rug and it stained our beautiful new rug from Elte. I called Ben on a Friday morning and he came out to look and pick up the rug the same day. I was hosting a dinner party on the Sunday and Ben was so wonderful he lent me brand new rug for my party. I had my rug returned a week later and it looked like new. Ben is a professional all the way. Truly a lovely man to deal with!

Rug Cleaning
The previous company I called was recommended by a friend, when they came and saw my rug, they told it was not worth cleaning and that I should get rid of it. I decided to visit HomeStars website and found Toronto Rug Cleaning. Ben was with a customer but promised a call back in 10 minutes. He was true to his word, and then came to see my rug a few days later. We had been renovating our house and so the living room had become our family room, dining room and living room. The rug was covered with food and drink stains, Pencil and crayon stains and renovation dirt. Ben took the rug, and told me he would so his best. A week later he sent me a picture of my rug and I was impressed with how many stains had been removed. Today my rug was delivered by Ben and his son Sayed, WOW, it looks almost brand new, I'm truly delighted with the results. It was a pleasure to work with Ben, he's honest, trustworthy and very reliable. He promised a. 2 weeks time frame and was able to deliver on time. Thank you Ben

Major carpet repair
Ben at Toronto Rug Cleaners restored and revived our Persian runner to a state of absolute beauty. The rug had a deep tear that had been growing for a number of years and resulted in a significant gap that we feared was irreparable. Ben's immense working knowledge of rug history and craftsmanship, along with his pleasant and professional attitude gave us confidence in his ability to solve our problem. He and his staff are people who truly take pride in their work and business, and this shows in the stunning results. We are overjoyed with our repaired rug and highly recommend Toronto Rug Cleaners to everyone.

Rug cleaning
Toronto Rug Cleaners did such a great job on our Persian rug. The gentleman who came told me all about the history of where it was made and some fun details about the pattern. I love how clean and SOFT the rug came out. We have a dog who was peeing on it and the smell is completely 100% gone, not to mention the colors are brighter. Thanks for everything!

Carpet Cleaning
My 2 year old son had the flu and vomited on the carpet. I took it to another company who "cleaned" it. They attached a note saying that the stain could not be removed. I took it to Ben, who cleaned it beautifully. The stain is virtually non-existent. However, it wasn't quite perfect enough for Ben, and so he did not charge me for the cleaning, although I insisted. He explained that because of the weave of the wool, it was impossible to get the stain completely out and felt that he hadn't gotten it just right. He even delivered it too me without charging me. Lovely customer service, and I will always take my rugs to him in the future.

Carpet cleaning
Discovering Ben and Toronto Carpet Cleaning was a godsend! It is such a delight and incredibly reassuring to trust my carpets to someone as passionate and knowledgable as Ben . All my carpets now will be in his hands!

Rug cleaning
Ben has been cleaning our rugs for about 10 years and he always does a fantastic job - very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommended!
