    Rug Cleaning and Purchase

    The rug cleaning turned out much better than the previous time, I had it cleaned with a different company. The service is impeccable. Ben makes sure that everything is the way you want it, including the option to forego any chemical treatments. He also has a good eye in knowing which rugs best suit certain rooms. He picked out the perfect rug for my den, that I couldn't have found in general stores and with a price that couldn't be beat.

    Persian Carpet Cleanning

    I gave 4 hand noted carpet to Ben for cleaning. WE can not believe what a grate job he did for us. Now with peace of mind able to re command his service to my friends and family. Grate job Ben and thanks.

    Ben to the rescue

    Discovered I had an issue with carpet beetles in my area rugs. Toronto rug cleaning came recommended on HS so I gave him a call. Ben's fast and thorough service went above and beyond what I was expecting. I really felt like I was in good hands!

    Fine Rug Cleaning

    I live a long way north of Toronto. I contacted Ben, he not only cleaned and reconditioned my silk rug but worked and travelled tirelessly to help me secure a new rug of excellent quality . His personal interest in my needs and requirements made his service superior

    carpets restored/repairedcleaned

    We had 2 rugs restored/ cleaned and repaired. The rugs were returned looking new--good for another 25 years. Great work/ reasonable price. I recommend this company and will call again.Thank you Ben.

    High end rug cleaning

    I had some construction workers working outside my house, and from time to time they would have to walk in the house. We have two very expensive rugs in the main entrance and another large rug near the back yard slide doors to get outside. The workers ruined the rugs with the mud, dust, and cement chunks stuck to thier boots. I went online and searched for a rug cleaning and powerwashing company, and within minutes I came across Toronto Rug Cleaning. The very next morning Ben and his crew were at my home in Richmond Hill. They picked up the rugs without my mother and I lifting a finger. They were very gentle with everything and made sure they took extra care of the carpets. This company knows the value of an expensive rug, and understand the detail it takes to produce such an item and maintain it. Less than week later the rugs were returned as if they were brand new. They powerwashed, steamed, and dried the rugs to perfection. Thank you for saving our family money to get new rugs and the stress of cleaning and scrubing out the mess the construction workers made.

    Cleaning of valuable rug

    I have used Toronto Rug Cleaning in the past and found them fast, efficient, on-time, and reasonable. I did not hesitate to call Ben when my rug needed cleaning once again. As before, he came when promised and did a great job cleaning the rug. I would recommend them to my friends and family without question.

    Rug Cleaning

    Ben is very easy to work with, delivers good service, is reasonably priced, and most importantly, is prompt - when he says he will come, he comes! It was great to work with a company who picks up and delivers the cleaned rugs. Overall, I would recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Ben!

    Antique carpet cleaning, repair, appraisal

    We chose Toronto Rug based on the great reviews and have been so pleased! Ben deserves every good review he gets. He has a passion for these carpets that is second to none, and his work is simply fabulous. Our antique carpets came home refreshed, bright, soft and beautiful, For something that has been on the floor for over 100 years, that is hard to do! I can't remember ever being so satisfied with a service in my life. Every day, pretty well, we comment on how great our carpets look and thank Ben. Our costs were high because we have so many carpets and had special fringing done on two large carpets. Well worth it, every penny! We can't wait to get the carpets cleaned again! :)

    Hand easing silk carpets

    Great door to door service in less than a week's time. My two beautiful silk carpets have never looked so good. It is wonderful to deal with a company that has such passion and knowledge.
