Rug refresh
A mystery stain appeared in my rug that became increasingly unsightly. Ben had cleaned another rug of ours very professionally so I contacted him again. He came and picked it up and worked on it until the stain was obliterated. It is now restored to its original beauty.

Rug cleaning and underlay
My rugs hadn't been cleaned in years and I was moving to a new condo. Ben arrived promptly and assessed whether they were worth cleaning. Removed the two rugs and returned them to my new condo looking like new. Ben has a great eye for placement and made some suggestions about where the rugs should go and then laid them down for me with the new underlay. One needs cutting and he is now trimming it to fit my room. Top notch service, excellent results from hand washing high quality rugs.

Rug cleaning
We have a rug that our yorkie and coffee cups loved. Amazing work and all stains are gone. They even helped to layout the rug again too. Highly recommend.

Outstanding work and service
We had 2 hand made rugs that had some significant wear and needed some attention. We had professional cleaners work on them in the past with no luck. We decided to try with a true professional. Ben and his team quickly came and removed the rugs, explained the process and offered some suggestions. Right on schedule, he returned the rugs, laid new under pad and they looked like new. Could not be happier.

BEYOND STELLAR
Carpet obtained at auction - upon pick up discovered that it was quite distorted. Ben worked his magic and exceeded all expectations. Immaculately cleaned and symmetrically stretched. Top notch service - professional and friendly on all counts ! Many thanks.

Excellent Service and cleaning of VERY dirty rug
Ben is clearly dedicated to his work and did an amazing job of cleaning a bamboo silk rug that hasnt been cleaned in 10 years (dog in house and a kid). He also sold me a much nicer underpaid. Great service from a really kindhearted man. Thank you.

Wow, amazing quality and service!
Ben was highly professional and delivered our cleaned and repaired rugs to us early, and in amazing condition. The repairs were done so well that we could not spot them. We highly recommend Ben and Toronto Rug Cleaning.

Restored a family heirloom
Ben and his team restored a family heirloom carpet and was able to provide great background on its providence. He was lovely to deal with, friendly, professional, and we're thrilled with the carpet.

Ben exceeded our expectations!
Ben deserves more than 10 stars from me/ us! When he came to our home (immediately) about a damaged carpet, he said he could replace it with a far higher quality rug for less money, which is exactly what he did. He provides all three of: price, quality, and speed. He listens to his clients and challenges himself to find the right carpet, which will delight them. Carpets and pleasing his clients are obviously his passions!

Amazing Love Love!
I have a white shag rug and a dog. I know bad combination. Our carpet is like new. Thank you very very much. I highly recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning.
