    Rug Cleaning

    Had a great experience with TRC. Ben came to my home within a few hours of my call inquiring about rug cleaning and provided me with a quote for 3 of our rugs. He came and picked them up the following week and returned them a day early which was very nice. He also left me some extra underpadding for 2 of the rugs. I would definitely use the company again and plan to have another rug cleaned with them in the fall.

    rug cleaning

    Ben was so lovely and did an amazing job with my Persian carpet. I had this service before with another company and it doesn't compare. My sister will be his next customer from my family. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

    Rug Cleaning

    Great Service! Ben was extremely friendly and professional. He promptly came to our house and explained how the service worked and what he would do to take the stains out of our new rug. Took the rug away and in a few days just as he had said returned the rug looking as good as new! No more puppy pee and poo stains! He also advised us to get a better under padding which we did. And we are very happy with it. A huge improvement from our original padding. He explained how to clean and protect our rug in future. Great service! Will definitely use their service again in the future and recommend it to others.

    Stain removal

    Wow thank you Toronto Rug Cleaning ! I called them in and wanted to remove my cat stains from all the Persian rugs. I spoke to a very nice man over the phone with the name of Ben! Not only did he provide excellent service with integrity for our carpets and it looks completely brand new, he was also very punctual. He brought amazing service to my home. I gave his business cards to all my family and friends

    Cleaning and treatment of dog staining on large & small designer rugs

    Ben Gholami provided superior customer service! He explained the process and treatment required to get out dog staining. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and brought the rugs back on the day he promised. Considering I just had a baby he also moved furniture to reposition the rugs upon delivery, which was greatly appreciated. As a lawyer, I spend a lot of time complaining and writing terse letters to companies when I receive poor service, so it was refreshing to deal with a company that makes superior customer service a focus! I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

    Rug

    Our experience with Toronto Rug Cleaning has been wonderful. Thanks to Ben our carpets feel and smell like brand new. Even our persian abrisham rug was no problem for him. The service was very fast and kind. As soon as we called, Ben came to our home to pick up the rugs and within 2 days delivered them back to us. Ben really has a passion for rugs and we knew that our rugs would be in excellent hands. He is very trustworthy with all your rugs. The prices are very reasonable. We are definitely recommending Ben to our family and friends for all their rugs and carpet business due to the excellent service, high quality and reasonable pricing! Thank you very much Ben!

    Area Rug Cleaning

    As a new home owner (do condo's count?), I have occasionally needed to complete home repairs or have something specific fixed. In this case, I was looking to get an area rug cleaned. I thought it was beyond hope, and was actively looking at new rugs. Then I thought I would check on HomeStars, and I found Toronto Rug Cleaning. Ben from Toronto Rug Cleaning was amazing. From answering the phone, to a free in-home estimate within 24 hours, to actually providing an area rug 'loaner' for the week while ours was cleaned. Our area rug came back like new within 5-6 days. Toronto Rug Cleaning is now our one stop when we need to have rugs cleaned, and we will tell our friends the only place in TO to go for this home service. Thanks again Ben.

    Rug Cleaning

    Fantastic service and very professional! I simply entered my information in on their web site and they took care of the rest. Ben was very friendly and knowledgable about the carpet as well as the pattern and it's origins which was very impressive. He was very accommodating and worked around my crazy schedule. I will definitely be using this service again.

    Rug Cleaning

    Our whole experience with Ben from Toronto Rug Cleaning was excellent! He not only knew exactly when and where our 100 yr. old Persian rug was made, he also expertly cleaned and restored the rug to its original glory, all for a reasonable price and ahead of schedule. How much more could you ask for? The world could use more business men like Ben, passionate, professional, and caring. Thank you Ben!

    rug cleaning

    After our daughter moved back home with a new large puppy, our beautiful rug took a severe beating and chewing. Ben from Toronto Rug Cleaning came to the rescue and has completely restored (hand stitched borders) and cleaned our rug (multiple washes by hand) to a better than new condition. He provided excellent and friendly service, pick up and delivery, and we definitely recommend him!
