John and his team were great. They installed more than a dozen potlights throughout our home. They were friendly and efficient and tidied up after. Price was exactly as discussed. Very happy.

When I contacted John earlier in the week, there was little discussion on the phone. He said we'd work out a plan when he and his crew arrived, told me the price was $90 per pot light, and that the job would take two hours. And that's what happened. The team consisted of four guys--and team was the operative word. Extremely friendly, highly skilled, totally efficient. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. They did a fantastic job. Couldn't expect or ask any more. Definitely the people to hire.

Mr Potlight did a great job at my house. They installed dozens of potlights inside and outside and were very courteous and even cleaned up quite thoroughly afterwards. Extremely satisfied.

Very happy with the work that was done. Potlights were installed in no time and there was no damage to the ceiling as a result. Workers took great care to cover up the work area and clean up after themselves once done. Would definitely use these guys again.

Called Mr. Potlight to install lights on our main floor. He gave us a quote over the phone right away as well as setting up a time for installation. They answered all my questions and I had high expectations because they were recommended by many friends and family. On the day of installation, 2 gentlemen came and started work early in the morning. The whole process took a good 6 hrs. No complaints because the lights came out awesome. However, the front of our house was left with coffee cups and pop bottles all around the curb. Not cool because all they had to do was bring it in the house to throw them out. They were not sloppy when doing the installation so leaving a mess outside my house was a small disappointment. I would not have tipped them if I saw the garbage they had left. Experience was good overall. I won't hesitate to have them do installation work again but remind them there are garbage cans in the house.

Rooms: Living and Dining Lights: 22 Potlights Installers: Randy, Ash, Jonathan, Tony The team showed up ready to work. We had a quick consult on the formation of the lights and which lights to use. We opted to go with the newer modern look (4" slim LED panels). All my questions were answered prior to beginning the work. The guys were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They checked with me throughout the process to ensure I knew what was happening. The job took around 4 hours. The team was great about cleaning up and putting everything back the way it was. We're definitely enjoying our new lights! Thanks again!

We were thoroughly impressed with the work done at our house. John and his crew were professional, efficient, neat and knowledgeable....and the price was competitive and affordable. We would consider hiring them again in the future!

Ash and Navid came on time. Very nice and provide professional opinion. Took them only 5.5 hrs for main and 2nd level to installed 39 pot lights. Don't have much mess for me to clean up after.

Tony and Metty(I may be spelling it wrong) has done a great job. Mine is a stack townhouse so there were some challenges like (like having a aluminium sheet over the popcorns on the ceiling). They first came with the traditional light but looking at the house, they suggested me a more modern looking lights, which i liked the moment i saw it. They did not have all the ones in their stock so they ran to their dealer and get all the ones that my room needed. They are very professional and after they finished their work, the room was very clean and in perfect shape.. I must mention one more thing they did install my smart dimmer for those pot lights as well One thing that I must say, John the guy (I think he kind of manage the whole operation) needs to be a bit more professional. Even after letting him know almost a week earlier about my need for daylight lights, he did not get it for me in the morning of installation. However after waiting for an hour or so he did manage to get it, but being a bit more professional would help him immensely. This is just an observation otherwise I am very happy with his behavior as well. If there was a possibility of giving individual rating I would have given john a 6 whereas the installer a full 10 on 10.
