Mr. Potlight and two of the team members came to my house to install eight pot lights in my living room. I was very impressed with their speed (it only took them 45 minutes to install the entire living room) and their work quality was outstanding. And as promised, NO DAMAGE TO THE CEILING AND NO MESS, they were true to their words. I will definitely recommend Mr. Potlight to anyone looking to install pot lights. No one can do this job better than Mr. Potlight.

New construction without any lighting provided by builder in the great room. Called John Mr Potlight who gave price and booked appointment. Installers arrived on time, called before arriving, and were friendly and professional. They covered everything before starting work and I was surprised to find that they managed to run all the wiring without having to cut extra holes anywhere. We installed 9 altogether and the price was as quoted ($79 each) for the most part. However, found out that there was an extra $200 charge to have a permit issued and the ESA certificate they mention on their website. They really should put that they charge extra on their website or mention it before the installation date. For us, that turned into an extra 28% price premium ($200 on top of $711).

called Mr Potlight to install 14 pot lights and two receptacles in advance of a kitchen renovation. they were quick to respond and completed the work within a few hours. Their work was complete and thorough and they took care to minimize the amount of dust. Excellent job would recommend them for sure.

This is the 2nd time, I've used Mr. Potlight for a job but the first time to write a review. My wife called Mr. Potlight to book an appointment and John responded very promptly to schedule the job. We wanted 11 pot lights installed (kitchen and main hallway), along with a chandelier and bulb replacement for builder pot lights that are in a room with 17 foot ceilings. Upon arrival, John and another worker (younger) quickly set up tarps to ensure the area was kept clean. John recommended LED lights for my open to above space as they would last for a very long time (its a pain to change lights) he even sent me to an place where I got better quality LED bulbs than you can get at Home depot or lowes for a much better price. The potlight installation was so FAST, clean and efficient. Both gentlemen worked with my wife to find the best spot the chandelier in the foyer. All in all a very excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Mr. Potlight to anyone who wants to update their lighting situation. Keep up the good work!!!

Mr Potlight just finished installing lights in our kitchen. They were both highly competent and very professional. They arrived on time and the work was completed in less time than they quoted me for the job. They left the site spotless as though they were never there. I would definitely recommend John and his team to anyone that needed pot lights!!!

Mr. Potlight is exceptional! This is a late review as this work was done over a year ago but let this attest to the longevity of their quality. We have not had one single issue with our beautiful potlights, they look as amazing as the first day they were installed. John came on time as scheduled, no mess, 50 potlights in one day on both floors and zero damage- exactly as advertised and as priced. I have recommended them to everyone I know, the potlights look incredible and my husband and I could not be happier!

Its funny that when I first posted this review it was taken down by homestars stating that Mr. Potlight was disputing it because he never completed the work or remembered servicing my house. After going back and forth with emails and producing documentation, it was published and he now remembers me all of sudden. The facts are these: his workers were rushed. We have had to hire a second electrician to completely redo a installation and fix another installation cap on a fixture. When I called to communicate this to "John" the owner he hung up on me. I am grateful to this website to be able to communicate this to the public. Please be aware.

Fantastic people, good quality, and exceptional service! They say it like it is, and they do not make any false promises like other companies out there... I have recommended them to my close friends and family since.. Keep up the good work guys!

Hossein and Armand installed 17 pot lights in our insulated ceiling in about 3 hours with no mess left behind. They were quick, efficient and made some excellent recommendations regarding types of lights, location and switches that initially were more expensive but well worth the additional cost. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting more light in their home.
