Mr Potlight reviews (315)

Had 27 potlights installed by Mr.Potlight in the fall 2012. They were generally clean and used dropcloths where possible. They were extremely accurate in their measurements and alignment of lights across rooms. I had purchased pendant lights to install over my kitchen island, but was advised that the pendants wouldn't provide enough light. I installed 3 potlights overhead instead, and couldn't be happier with the results. Mr.Potlight also installed a chandelier I purchased free of charge, and changed 6 of my switches to dimmers. I would definitely use them again.

We live in a older house (1950s) with plaster walls and ceilings. John AKA Mr. Potlight came on a Friday to see what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. He and his crew came the following Monday and did a beautiful job. Because it's an older house the price was more expensive but they actually came in under budget. Previously told by another electrician during a bathroom reno it was impossible to install potlights, Arman and Mohammed crawled through the roof and installed two potlights which gave a more finished look. We are so pleased with their work: so clean, efficient and timely. Their work transformed our house, it feels like new!

I usually never write reviews, however, this one deserves it. They were nothing short of all the good I mean great reviews about them. Tony and Arman showed up on time, they were respectful and helfulf in advising. We cant express how thankful we are for such a clean and professional job. I for one will recommend them to all and any who wants to install potlights.

it was the worst huge snow storm we had in the last 3/4 years that snowed out all of Southern Ontario and there showed up Mr. Potlight right on time. Mohammed and his 2man team were efficient and quick. We reviewed the plans, while they set up the dropcloths. they marked the areas, i reviewed and they went to work. The results were perfect and they were knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone i know.

We were looking to add pot lights to the exterior of our home outside. We saw a bunch of flyers posted on the street lamps in our neighbourhood and various places. The most we saw was from Mr. Potlight. So we thought it is a reputable and popular company. We called and we requested them to take a look outside the house where we want the pot lights to be installed. We were informed of a free estimate as well which made it even better. The person came over and we got an estimate of roughly $600 including labour. It was only 8 lights - 4 in the front and 4 at the side which we thought was a good price. We consulted some family friends and were told to give the go ahead for this since its an absolute deal. We contacted Mr. Potlight and decided to meet to go through over the contract which was very clear and understanding, and had no drawbacks to it. The work was done on the agreed date as per the contract and we were charged for the price that was agreed upon initially and on the contract. Overall the work was done efficiently and promptly in a day's time and we couldn't be any happier.

I had a great experience with Mr. Potlight. Because of bad weather they were a little late but called way before to let me know which gave me a great start with them. Four men showed up ready to work and work they did. They put in over 20 potlights plus 4 replacements from 6" to 4". They cleaned up and were so professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs potlights.

Great company. Had potlights installed over the summer. Came when they said they would and was on time. Price was what they quoated. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of installing potlights.

Jossein and Arman arrived as scheduled and ready to work. Jossein was extremely helpful and I appreciate his advice. They were in and out of my home in a couple of hours and you wouldn't know any work had been done as everything was covered while they worked and cleaned up when they finished. Extremely professional, I would have them back any time and will highly recommend them to family and friends. Their prices are reasonable and there were no hidden costs.

Called Mr Potlight 2 months ago to install potlights in our new build home. The builder wanted too much and Mr Potlight prices were alot cheaper. Installed about 24 potlights all over the house(library, living room, family room and main hallway and we were very satisfied. Was afraid it would get get dusty and dirty, but was quite the opposite. They cleaned up afterwards and kept the garbage at a minimal. Would recommend them as they came on time and was finsihed in just under 4 hours.
