    Adding Insulation

    The owner of Classic Products Roofing Systems, Daryl Brubacher recommended that I contact Alex Kopperson from Great Northern Insulation to resolve a chronic leak from our attic. When Alex consulted with us during the winter, he spent a great deal of time carefully inspecting our attic and agreed with Daryl's analysis that we had a ventilation problem in addition to insufficient insulation. Today, Jermaine and Harpreet arrived punctually to carefully prepare for the work we had scheduled. They were polite and caring. For instance, they asked about the history of the leak to ensure that they would double check any problem areas. As well, they pointed out a couple of spots of concern and spoke with Philip Teperman from PTM to ensure that the ventilation was ideal. (Philip's work was superb). Jermaine and Harpreet were neat, hard working and professional. They scrutinized the attic in the same manner as Alex and took their time to give us the best possible result and end our water woes. I would like to thank these two fine gentlemen for being conscientious and for improving the heating and air conditioning efficiency in our 1950s home. We couldn't possibly be more pleased.

    Recent installation

    I have GNI spray my drive under garage this week, the installers were early, they spent extra time ensuring that the area was covered in plastic to protect the other areas, they were thorough and made sure that we were all on the same page before starting. The garage was cleaner when they left than when they arrived and the quality of the work was excellent.

    Basement Insulation

    The insulation used by Great Northern Insulation is of exceptional high quality, compared to the old insulation that I had removed. The tradesmen (Phil and Matt) were professional, skilled and courteous. They left my basement tidy, by removing left over work materials. They were able to insulate my entire basement within half a day. My basement looks and feels brighter and warmer. I highly recommend this company.

    Attic insulation

    Jermaine, Harpreet and Heui were courteous guys and completed the job in a very professional way. They covered the working area very nicely and cleaned up well after the job is done.

    Excellent work

    Jermaine, Harpreet and James were wondeful, they took their time to set up, cleaned up after themselves, polite, courteous and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend this team to anyone.

    Attic Insulation

    Jermaine, Harpreet, and Gracie did excellent job upgrading my attic insulation. From the moment they arrived, they took great care to protect my home. They were very professional. After the job was finished, Jermaine showed me pictures of the completed work and explained what was done. Thank you!!

    Honest work and clear communication

    Jermaine and Ryan came by to work on attic insulation and blower-door draft-proofing for us. They were courteous and punctual. Upon arrival, they communicated their work to us and helped us understand the crucial parts of the house that needed work, allowing us some time to clear our clutter to free up the space for them. They took the time to protect our furnitures and bedroom from dust. And they cleaned up before they left.

    Doing it right

    This is my second time doing business with Great Northern Insulation and this company delivers not just a great product and service, but their staff treat you like a valued customer and always provide prompt responses to questions.
