i had a great experience from the start with eric who quoted my job. when the crew showed up they were hours earlier than i was expecting. the first time around things did not go so well in the attic. i understand it was a tough job as my attic was different from most. the crew although was very polite and cleaned up very well, i was not 100% satisfied with the work that had be done. i voiced my opinion and even though it was over the holiday break i heard back immediately from a employee who was on his holidays. we set up a date for a crew to come back and fix any mistakes i thought needed attention, this was all without question. very easy to deal with and a classic case of the customer is always right which does not occur often anymore. the second crew back lead by matt showed me everything he will be doing step by step. he had me up before and after to make sure i was 100% satisfied with the work. matt was extremely knowledgeable, polite and hardworking. sometimes mistakes happen with work and i understand that completely, i was extremely happy with how the company handled the issue and even though we were off to a rough start i would not hesitate to use them again.
