    thorough and courtious

    Showed up on time asked questions were polite , cleaned up after they were finished. We noticed the difference almost immediately. Sales staff told us about the program with union gas and we plan to utilize the program to the max.

    Kitchen renovation

    Kevin and Dave arrived at our house on schedule and they were both courteous and professional in carrying out their duties. We were very happy with the insulation of the walls and ceiling of our kitchen - a one-story room. We can already notice the difference in temperature and noise from outside.

    Very impressed!

    Overall great service! The workers were very professional and answered our questions with clarity, did a great job with the insulation. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend to friends!

    Spray foam in basement crawl space

    An all round fantastic experience from start to finish! A very professional team that all had great work ethics and made the experience easy! Ian met us for the quote which was very reasonable and given in very timely manner. Kelly in the office was pleasant and accommodating working around our tenants schedule. Collin and Duncan the installers were punctual, friendly and clean. Worth the investment in the product and the company!

    Basement rubble wall insulation

    My basement renovation was done thru the Union Gas weatherization program. I was contacted by your service rep. Randy, who came to my house to preview my basement and to tell me what would be done. I also have a crawlspace, which was not included in the program. I asked Randy what it would cost to do this area (I had insulated the walls), and he gave me a quote that I felt was more than reasonable, if I had it done at the same time as the rest of the basement. I agreed. On the Monday, Kevin & Dave and I discussed everything that would be done. They were very courteous and informative and I was very pleased with all aspects of the experience. Very professionally handled by everyone.

    Garage ceiling, second floor knee wall and attic area

    We have a bedroom over the garage that is very cold in the winter. Our contractor suggested we have closed cell insulating foam installed professionally. I did some research and contacted GNI for a quote. The staff were all very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy with the quote as well. I am so happy I went with this company. Right from the start, the sales people were easy to talk to and explained everything. I was given choices based on what I needed. The outcome was excellent! and they made sure I was happy with everything right from the start to the end of the project.

    Very happy and impressed Customer

    Dionne and Scott have completed the insulation. Thanks for the quick response in getting this done. Dionne and Scott arrived when you said they would be here, told me about measuring the R 50, showed us the completed job and swept the garage floor. Very polite and courteous young men. Much thanks guys.

    Attic and basement cantilever

    We had both the basement cantilever and attic done. The basement crew called (as asked) 20 minutes before arrival. Jake and Pete were excellent. Basement was cleaner after they left then before they arrived. Shawn and Ross also called before they arrived to do the attics. They explained what would be done and how long it would take to complete. Plastic was laid everywhere they went in the house. Both crews invited me to see the work upon completion. While I wont provide my pricing, I thought it was excellent. I highly recommend GNI, from Matt providing timely quotes and Jason scheduling the work through to the crews doing the work. Much appreciated! Dave

    Basement

    We had our basement insulated it was done in a very professional way the guys were very cordial and helped us with all our questions they even swept when they left the house we are very happy and we would recommend your company to somebody else L8m2x5
