    Front Room Floor

    The job was very good, as a project manager in the construction industry, I felt it was very smooth from start to end. Davis was knowledgable and available to chat about changes we wanted. The installers were top notch and took great care to protect the place. The only concern, which isn’t really a concern is that there were a few staples left around the door and I caught my clothes on them and cut my finger, they were work clothes and I’m used to getting scraps. Great job. We will be calling you to work out a schedule for the next reno in the new year, 4 times the size of this small one.

    Garage

    we were very satisfied. They came and measured up at the time they quoted us and were back in touch very quickly. The insulator fellows came at the time they said, they covered up the windows and doors, they worked well together and no one was at one another, they cleaned up after themselves and put it in the garbage container, and the fellows that blew were great and they did it fast and thorough and were gone before noon. My husband gave them the cheque and they left. My husband went and got the board and they are putting that on the walls today. This is my early Christmas gift to myself as we have 25 immediate family so it is too many for one table and so the garage is going to be another room for entertaining as well as putting a vehicle in when not needed. Thank you very much for taking one payment. We will recommend you as we did before. We wish you and the people of Great Northern a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

    Garage Common Wall

    The install went well, the guys were good. Did find two leaks, and a gash in my dryer vent pipe, nothing worth sending anyone back to fix. I will be calling you guys again once I'm in a position to rip out some walls in the basement - probably by the fall of 2016.

    Attic

    We were referred to Great Northern by an individual who was helping us address our heating and ventilation concerns. The team at Great Northern was very organized and professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to refer Great Northern to our friends and neighbours.     2nd Floor Addition

    It was all good. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Your install crew were super. I have recommended your company to others. Only down side is the long wait list for install. I'm still waiting on a install for work with your company.

    Attic

    I want to say I was really happy with the service that was provided. The installers were really friendly and explained what they were doing. They were there early in the morning to start the job. I highly recommend them

    Cold Cellar

    I am very happy with all aspects of the work from the sales rep. to the workers. The job was done on time. They were very good workers and cleaned up after the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Great Northern. Thank you,

    Exterior Walls and Attic

    I am quite satisfied with the work performed by Great Northern. Sale Representative He was knowledgable and answered all my questions. He was also willing to negotiate the price as I wanted the BASF product. Site Pre Inspection He was polite and efficient but should have advised that the tar paper needed to be removed for proper bonding and sealing. I only found this out when the installers came out. Needless to say I was not to impressed and probably shot the messenger. Installers All three of them were very good and answered all my questions. Again they let me express my displeasure with the pre site inspector failing to notify of the proper sealing and bonding with the removal of the tar paper and I probably took it out on them. This would have been completed prior to the installers. They listened and each of them gave me assistance removing the tar paper. They were professional and worked with a customer that was having a bad day but definitely got better with them assisting. They worked efficiently and seemed to work well together. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all garbage with them. In summary I am satisfied with the product and the installation. I know I will be calling you again on the next project.

    Attic

    We are satisfied with the service we received. The sales rep (Davis) and schedulers (I am sorry, I don’t recall their names) were great. The installers were a little late starting at our neighbours, and therefore they were late starting at our house, for which they did apologize. Once they got started, they were polite, courteous, professional, fast and they left the house tidy. It’s hard to comment on our satisfaction with the work because it’s insulation and in our attic. We can’t see it and won’t know if its made a difference until we get through a winter, and get ceilings upstairs repainted and the discolouration doesn’t appear again. That being said, we have faith it was done properly but will follow up is we do have any concerns.

    Upper Attic

    The whole process was GREAT!! It was easy to schedule. Everyone was nice, polite, considerate, salesman and same for installation crew. Nearly painless operation entirely!! Thank you for job well done
