    Spray Foam Basement re-room

    A few years ago, we had an entire house spray foam insulated by GNI as we completely renovated an old farm house. The very low Natural Gas heating bill for this home was astonishing. Because of this, we recently had GNI spray foam our basement rec-room. Beautiful job showing careful craftsmanship in applying the product. Even my dry-waller commented on what a great job GNI had done. Thanks again.

    Home Insulation

    Our family was part of the Union Gas Home Weatherization Program. Scott and Jeff were the gentlemen that installed our insulation. They showed up on time, introduced themselves, and made us aware of the amount of time they would be there each day. Every day they were here they made sure the items in my home were covered, and they vacuumed before they left. Both of them were very informative regarding the products that they were using, and the way that the products will insulate my home. While they were working, they never made it so I couldn't be in my home. They were here for three days, as my whole house needed insulating, and at the end, my house was a clean as it was before they started. Good, professional, and nice guys to boot. Will recommend to others:)

    Attic Removal

    The sales person (Alana) was very helpful. Our experience with the crew was excellent. They were very polite and attentive to detail. They kept our house as clean as they could considering their task. If I were to have one negative comment it had to do with the scheduling. We were advised two weeks in advance the crew would arrive in the AM of the 24th between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. That time passed without phone call. I followed up with your office in Milton and was told that I would receive a return phone within 1 hour. That time came and went. We were now worried that the entire job was not going to happen. We called again and this time it was confirmed the crew would come in the PM. Suggestion: Give a pre date confirmation of the job. The times could be reconfirmed and it would also alleviate any confusion on the part of the customer. We are enjoying the comfort of the new attic insulation.

    Attic

    All staff involved were excellent! We first dealt with Ian who provided a quote back in May and responded back quickly when we had to modify the quote slightly. He was very courteous, professional, thorough and actually crawled in the tight attic in order to visually see what insulation was required. Kelly and Mandy scheduling the work were very pleasant and accommodating.

    Shop Attic

    Installation went great!. Truck showed up first thing in the morning. The two young guys were pleasant, organized, tidy and did a great job. I was pleased with the job overall.

    Attic Top Up with Morevents

    We were absolutely satisfied with the staff and the work that was performed. They were polite, careful and thorough. I was impressed with how they conducted themselves and how well they cleaned up when they were finished. Kudos to GNI and their staff.

    Basement/ Kitchen Reno

    I would like to commend the two installers, Cory and Adam I believe, for their professionalism and the pride they both took in their work. Despite having some challenging areas to work in and moving between finished and unfinished portions of my home, they kept a quite clean work space and left very little behind to tell they were there. They both took into consideration where equipment was laid and how it may damage existing walls and trim and protected those areas appropriately. The only criticism I have of the experience was some over spray on a small portion of floor which likely was just missed during cleanup and I was able to easily remove it with no issues. I would be happy to provide a great reference for these two individuals work in the future and it has been my second good experience with GNI. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future of I require these services again.

    Garage Ceiling

    This is to express my great appreciation in your team and professionalism. After receiving the quotation and prompt response to meet our family needs your team have demonstrated true customer appreciation. They have gone the extra mile to help me empty the garage when I had not done this the day before. The willingness to even to lend a hand that was not detailed in their scope tells me that they care about their customers. GNI, will be recommended amongst my future communication.
