    Blow in Fiberglass

    The entire experience was great!. The crew showed up on time, very friendly greeting, introduced them selves, very tidy, clean up after themselves, and showed me the final product to ensure I was happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    Attic insulation

    Great experience dealing with this company; from Davis coming out to provide the estimate, to Derek & Frank, Bruce & Dave removing the old insulation doing the spray foam then blowing in cellulose. The job was completed over three days (as scheduled) and the crew cleaned up each day. Well done & thanks - we now have a sealed,warm attic!

    Outside Exterior Walls

    I am so happy with your company from the sale to scheduling to the install. I have used you in the past and was quite impressed how experienced and knowledgeable Bill was! This was the best job I have seen.

    Blown In Cellulose Insulation

    I own an older bungalow in Oshawa and currently rent out the basement. Sound was carrying through the floor boards and I wanted something that could help. I contacted Mike from GNI and he suggested Blown In Cellulose. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly but efficiently and overall were awesome to deal with!! The work required my tenant no access to her apartment for the entire day but the crew at GNI kept her updated and allowed her into the unit whenever she needed something. I will use GNI again for sure! VERY happy customer !!!!

    Kitchen Reno

    We are very satisfied. Your installers were very courteous and answered all questions and concerns very pleasantly. They did an excellent job and Henry the sprayer was very meticulous and did a thorough job. They also cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied and will recommend your company and service.

    Attic Top Up to R50

    The team from GNI arrived slightly earlier than expected – great . Young fellows ( 3 ) were courteous and efficient – they were complete and gone by 11:00am ish . I have NOT stuck my head in the attic , but I should assume that the job was completed as quoted . The clean up was good , as I told them not to be too worried , as I would do the “detailing “ . All seems fine , and if I need further insulation needs , GNI would obtain the work .

    Insulated Garage

    GNI was fantastic. I had to call back to have my garage looked at again because of a discovery issue. Gary responded quickly and resolved it. The spray crew arrived as expected and by time I got home from work they had just finished up. They cleaned up everything inside the garage before leaving and everything was as expected! Right now the garage is much warmer than it ever was and looking forward to seeing the difference this winter. All in all, top rate and professional job!

    Spray Foam Basment Walls to R12

    I originally heard about Great northern Insulation from a friend who recommended your services. I decided to contact GNI for our own basement and Bill Barlow came out to quote our space not long after. I was very pleased with the initial response and the quoted cost of the job was even better! When we decided to book our date to have the work done, I was amazed how fast GNI was available to come out to complete the work. I had Bill stop by on Thursday afternoon for the quote and he said they guys could come as soon as the following day! I opted for the Monday appointment to allow my husband and I to prepare the basement for the crew to work comfortably. When they crew arrived they attended right at the time they said they would. They were very polite and professional. We did a walk through of the basement and they answered all my questions without hesitation. They also asked if I would like a call when the job was completed and the house was locked up. Our entire basement took under 3 hours - just like the crew said and they followed up with a call letting me know the house was locked up and secure. When I returned home the following day I expected some kind of smell but there was NOTHING! I had to go into the basement to make sure that they actually did the job! It looked great and I could immediately feel a difference down there. Overall, from quote to completion I couldn't be happier. Great Northern Insulation definitely delivered and I will gladly recommend them to anyone looking to spray foam their home.

    Basement Spray Foamed

    All went great, your crew was very nice to deal with, true professionals. Not one negative critique on performance. A possible value add for you company. The spray foam has a strong odor to it. We set up fans on the basement windows to draw out the smell from the house creating a negative pressure in the basement. This left the entire house totally odor free. We had our own fans but it might be a thought for you to have the same when working in occupied houses. You could possibly charge for it or at lease recommend home owner/contractor provide in your documentation. When my customers arrived home they were very please not to be able to smell a thing.

    Attic Top Up
