Three Little Pigs Msonry followed up promptly after they accepted the invite to the project. Their communication was prompt and thorough, always following up on what would happen next. They paid a site visit and provide a verbal quote. Once accepted the quote, the Work Order/Contract was issued promptly. Work project manager then set up a project start date considering weather conditions. The project took one day to complete and the crew tidy up the site thoroughly leaving no mess behind. The quality of work was thorough and top notch. I won't hestiate to go back to them if I have a similar need in my property. Highly recommended.

Things started off well for our small job. There was a slight delay. We had a misunderstanding and miscommunication that Dave quickly stepped in, resolved with a reasonable resolution. Overall satisfied - appreciate how things ended.

We are very pleased with the work David and Chris' team completed at our home. Our 1960s built chimney was in desperate need of removal and replacement. Three Little Pigs removed the old stone and reconstructed the chimney using more modern materials in a timely fashion, on budget and ensured we were very happy with the final result. We had a nice front of the house that is now a beautiful front of the house thanks to the fine craftsmanship of Three Little Pigs. For a few weeks, the team became local celebrities as curious onlookers stopped to admire the transformation often interrupting them to learn more about the process. Aaron and Roderick displayed their fine masonry skills converting a functional Hardie Board siding into a stone-faced masterpiece. They carefully placed different colored and sized stones into a well balanced and appealing pattern. There arent enough words to describe Rhett and his immense contributions to the project. Charming, talented and conscientious, he was the glue that held it all together for us. From placing the scaffolds to waterproofing to stonework, he did it all and always with a smile on his face. Christian and Mili were cornerstones of the team gracing us with their hard work and talents as they filled in when needed. Mili created some impressive parging at the surface of the foundation, smoother than Ive ever seen elsewhere. Christian and his acrobatics were able to get into tight spots I could only dream of in my youth. Some suggestions for a smoother experience. David (Owner) and Chris were the ones to initially meet us and provide us with the estimate but they are not the ones that do the masonry. We would suggest discussing everything about the project from stone placement to flashing to waterproofing with the team before they start so that the work order theyve been given matches your expectations. If there are any questions that arise during the project, contact the owner directly for answers. In the end, David and Barbara did everything to make us happy, something rare in this profession. Although our original facing worked well, people referred to our house as the big blue barn and now many are at a loss to describe how impressed they are with the Three Little Pigs. Absolutely beautiful masonry work!!! The TLP staffs are skillful, thoughtful and artistic in laying stone pattern. Our house make neighbor's heads turn almost every time they walk by. Aside from the gorgeous look, TLP cut no corners in the project (they even corrected the underlying mistake made by the builder before laying the new stones). The finish work is grand as well as strong. Special thanks to Josh, Aaron, Rod and Tyler (if you get these people working on your house, you know it will be done properly!!) We also like to thank David and Barbara, who did their best to accommodate our ideas and needs, made the whole project run smooth and organized.

Project description: Complete rebuild of interlocking brick walkway and driveway, driveway walls parged/stuccoed, replace rail-ties planting bed, and new privacy fence. Great service. David pays great attention to detail, and Chris, his project manager, was great to work with and very attentive to any concerns raised/questions on scheduling. Staff are quite professional in their workmanship, and subtrades are first rate. Our house used to have a tired look to it with interlock driveway/walkway and rail ties planting bed, but now, it's like we have a new home again. We are overall pleased with the work and quality of the results. Many compliments from our neighbours on the work and final result.
