    The only carpet company I considered

    This is the 2nd time we've used Victorious for carpet installation. The first time was 11 years ago, when we moved in and carpeted the basement. The quality of the carpet and the gold underpad in resisting mould (in case of leaks) as well as the amazing customer service and installation from our experience last time ensured that I didn't even consider anyone else this time around. This time, we added carpet in the living room, the stairscase and the entire 2nd floor. Mark is a great communicator and replies right away and keeps you in the loop at all times. He comes to show you the carpet colours on site so you can see how it will look in your location. The installation team, Jason and Ian, worked incredibly hard and the finished product looks like it's always been there, despite all the tricky corners around stair spindles and in an awkward closet. The installation team was both friendly and professional, and I felt they were looking after my new carpet as well as if it was their own. In terms of the carpet itself, it feels so nice and soft, and now I love sitting on the stairs! Mark followed up to make sure everything went well. I recommend Victorious to anyone without reservation.

    Installation of carpet and vinyl flooring

    It is the third time that we have used Victorious Carpet. We did a complex reno project (underpinning, full extension in the back, full gut of the house). We experienced several delays. Mark was so easy to work with and understanding. And the quality of the work of his team is superb. We cannot recommand them more and will use them in the future, if we have more work to do.

    Carpet repair

    Can't say enough good things about Mark and his team. They are excellent professionals, with great attention to providing the best service. From prompt attention to the request of the quote, being on time, providing thorough information, and above all, the best execution of the work with attention to detail and putting efforts to achieve our full satisfaction. The team was incredibly respectful and tidy. We needed to repair a carpet that was damaged by water and was torn in a few places. We are so happy with the work (see attached photos) and will absolutely be using Mark's services in the future and we are happy to recommend him.

    Stair Runners

    Mark and his team were very thorough and diligent in explaining the details of the project. Mark's experience and technical know-how were evident in the detailed aspects he provided during initiation of the project and later on during the supervision of the implementation.     Office Carpet Replacement

    Victorious Carpet was great to work with from the initial email I sent out. I had a response within 1 day and was able to send in some pictures to get an rough idea of the quote and scope of work. We quickly scheduled an in person quote (which has a small fee), where Mark was very professional and informative. He mentioned areas of concern openly and explained any risks on our end and also solutions he knows of, there was little pressure from him as I had a lot to think about. After reviewing other quotes, Victorious Carpet was at a good price point and was the right choice. The carpet has never looked this good and all the areas of concern were dealt with and it looks amazing. Thank you to the installers Jason and Ian for such good work. They were timely and professional when they did the install, even calling with questions and sending pictures via text to ensure things we're completed as we expected. Would definitely recommend Victorious Carpet to friends and colleagues!

    Great Service

    Victorious Carpet is a great company for getting the job done in a very fast and professional way. We used them a few years back to do our entire basement and recently had them do a touch up. Super service. Highly recommend.

    Carpet rollback and replacement

    Cannot recommend Mark and his team (Jason + Ian) enough. Mark provided sound counsel on the best way to pull back and replace our carpet to make sure it looked untouched in the end. Jason and Ian did excellent work and were incredibly respectful and tidy.

    Carpet Repair

    Mark arrived on time and completed the repair of a 3" cut in our bedroom carpet in just under an hour. The repair involved removing a piece from a closet and then replacing that piece with the damaged carpet. The repair job was nothing short of amazing!! You can barely see the seams and he was able to alter the colour of the closet material to very closely match the repair area which has had over 10 years of traffic and sun exposure. My wife and I were absolutely blown away with this job and would highly recommend Mark from Victorius Carpets for any type of repair work!
