    Carpet replacement for two rooms

    Mark is a consummate professional. He showed up on schedule to measure and provided a very reasonable quotation for the work. He was accommodating when we had to reschedule our implementation. We are happy with the carpet we received and the two person installation team that did the job Was very good. All through the process they ensured they were meeting our expectations.

    Very happy with the result!

    We had our basement and upstairs carpets replaced. Marc was super helpful coming to our house multiple times to help us select the right carpet and discuss options with us. Installation was on time and on budget. And the team did an excellent job, working late to get it done on time. Even though they stayed late in the evening to finish they did not rush us to inspect the carpet and were happy to discuss binding options for the leftover carpet. We are very happy with the quality of the carpet and the service. The carpets look great!

    Carpets in bedrooms, hallways and stairs.

    Very happy with the outstanding work done installing new carpets in our bedrooms, hallways and stairs. The workers were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous!

    Stress free service

    Mark was extremely professional and precise. You can tell he's a good project manager. He knew exactly what the job needed and offered useful suggestions on how to get the most out of the job. When it came time to install the carpet, his team was polite, professional, and exact. I will definitely use Victorious Carpet again next time I need some carpet work done.

    Entire Upstairs Carpeting and Stairs Done Perfectly

    Jason and his team did an absolutely perfect and professional installation! Within a day-and-a-half, the entire job was done, and done to perfection with fantastic courteousness and thoughtfulness. Everything looks seamless and they listened to any concerns we had and resolved them without issue and explained everything clearly and in a friendly manner. Also, all the furniture that needed to be moved was done safely and without any damage--something we would never have been able to do on our own. 10/10 and would definitely recommend!

    Service

    We had a long bulge in our carpet from a 10 year old install. After a call to Mark at Victorious Carpet we worked out a solution to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and honest about what could be and cannot be done. I booked an appointment and his team arrived on time and completed the work with excellent results. The team was helpful in assisting with the movement of the heavier furniture and were masters at their craft. Very very pleased with choosing Victorious Carpet and we would use them again for any carpet work needed to be done.

    Carpet stretching

    You Guys are Awesome I contacted Victorious carpet to fix some waves in my bedroom carpet and I received an accurate estimate based on the pictures I sent them, they showed up on time, were very professional, respectful and super quick. Carpet now looks brand new. Highly recommend Cheers Moe
