Office Carpet Replacement
Great job. Everybody was very professional and i got timely responses every step of the way. From the quote to the installation. The job was completed in one day. Clean up was great as well. Highly recommend.

Carpet Installation
Victorious Carpet Installation and Repairs was was a pleasure to work with! Mark was very knowledgeable and was extremely professional and accommodating. They provided a large selection of samples and colours to choose from and installed the carpet quickly and neatly. I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Replace carpet on two complete floors
Mark made selecting the carpet easy, took accurate laser measurements and provided detailed information on what to expect. He kept in touch throughout the project. Techs, Erdem, Alec and Jo did a beautiful job on the installation with minimal disruption. They worked very hard over the two days and the carpet looks wonderful.

Carpet Removal & Replacement
I needed carpet removed carefully and then re-installed to allow for the sub-flooring to be screwed down in the house. Mark responded within the hour to my Homestars request. He met with us the next day, provided a fair and reasonable quote and upon approval split the carpet seams and advised us on how to best raise the carpets without causing damage. He also provided advice based on his experience on how to achieve the best results with our sub-floor task. We arranged for a re-installation later in the week. Mark arrived on-time and proceeded to re-install the carpets. He did excellent work, took his time and even vacuumed the space looking like new. We were very impressed with his expertise, professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent job!

Basement Carpet Repair
We had a basement water tank burst. Insurance company was hopeless as were Home Depot and Avenue Flooring. Mark rescued us, came promptly and sent a crew two days later. They were polite and professional, arrived with necessary underpad and materials, and left us absolutely satisfied. A remarkable experience.
