Carpet
From the first point of contact with Mark my experience was first class, the quoting process, honesty of which carpet would and could meet my expectations and my budget, the installation was seamless and timely, I would highly recommend Victorious Carpet to anyone who wants the best product for the best price, I couldn't be more impressed.

Office renovation
I called Mark after reading all the reviews and ratings of his company online.. He returned our call ASAP. He sent down his technician within a few days to assess our needs. He arranged to have our carpet resized and re installed after a renovation..The service was outstanding. Mark followed up every step of the way to make sure that the work was done efficiently. His installer Erdem and his assistant were also excellent. It was a difficult installation and they did and outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

Basement carpet
Mark was extremely professional, friendly, prompt and easy to work with. I worked with many contractors during some recent home renovations, and his customer service was second to none. I would have no issue recommending him for future carpet installation projects.

Stair runner
This job was done in two steps - first Mark came by and measured the stairs and told us about the installation process, then one of his coworkers (I didn’t catch his name!) came to the house and did the installation. The installation took about an hour, and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend Victorious to anyone looking for this kind of work.

Bedroom carpet replacement
End to end it was a great experience. From the estimate to completion, Mark was very helpful with answering my questions and providing his professional insight. The installers were respectful and tidy. I wish I had found them before I renovated other parts of the house - I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects!

Carpet installation for bedroom
Unfortunately we had to go back to have our carpet reinstalled 2 years later after a flood. We went back to Victorious carpet as they were prompt, provided good value and had great customer service.

Stair Carpet Runners
Amazing company - was a joy to work with Mark and Mike from start to finish! Mike came out for a quote and was very thorough in providing samples and recommendations - he was very friendly and easy to talk to, and gave us plenty of time to look over all options. On the day of install, Mike showed up on time, installed everything perfectly and cleaned up and explained care instructions in detail. High quality and competitive prices and you can tell they care about their work/customers! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Basement carpeting
From the start of the estimating process, it was clear that we were dealing with seasoned professionals. Questions were answered thoroughly, concerns were registered patiently. Several suggestions were given to us to help save on the total cost of the project. The types and styles of carpet material were explained in detail. The project was scheduled within a short time and completed in one morning. The result is very satisfying - a truly excellent job.

Highly recommended! We have had lots of work done on our house, so we know a good company when we see it.
