Carpet installation for stairs and bedrooms
From end to end, the customer service and carpet installation was impressive. Mark came to our home with samples, recommendations, and shared great product knowledge so that we felt comfortable with the quality and service. He followed up with us closely and ensured we were happy with the process. We were definitely happy with the finished product!

Stair Runner
Mark and Mike were professionals all the way through the project. Installation was fast and clean and everything was tidied and vacuumed after the job was done. I'm not really sure if there is anything that I can fault them on. The only issue we encountered was a bit of misunderstanding on my part about runner widths, which resulted in a few steps being narrower than I expected. Even though it was most likely my mistake, Mark graciously offered to replace the affected carpet at no charge. I did not take him up on the offer, as I don't think it would be fair to him to replace something that I caused. I would definitely use Victorious Carpet again and would recommend anyone to put them on their short list of companies if they need carpet services.

New Carpet
Special thanks to Mark and his team. Mark promptly responded to my online request and did an in-house assessment the same week. He was very friendly and professional and gave a lot of helpful advice. Less than a week later his team was here installing our new carpet. Thanks to Erdem and his colleague for doing a wonderful installation job.

Hallway carpet

Stairway,Hallway,Bedroom
We needed to replace the wall to wall carpeting on our curved staircase and upper hallway in a short period of time due to the our need for a power stairlift to be installed. There was also one bedroom that could be done at the same time. Mark came and quoted the job in short order and made recommendations for the materials that would be appropriate. A crew arrived very soon and did a neat, clean and very professional job. The fellow measuring for the stairlift commented on what a great job the carpet was, especially on the stairs and around the spindles on the banister. I am very pleased with the work.

Basement Carpet

Church stage in gymnasium.
Mark and his team of installers were nothing but respectful and professional. Even though Mark had a little bit of an unfortunate experience with one of our staff members he still acted professionally and treated me with respect. Mark had almost the exact carpet style to match our current look and they had it all installed in no time, it looks as good as new! The team of installers even earned a homemade pizza lunch for their troubles, LOL! Thanks Victorious!

Second floor and stairs carpeting
After finally deciding to bite the bullet and get new carpeting, we contacted Mark at Victorious and met with him a few days after the initial email. He was always very quick to respond to emails and answer questions, which I really appreciated. He came to the house and we were immediately comfortable with him. He looked at the area we wanted to carpet, took measurements, looked at what we currently had, and then we discussed our options. He brought three or four options with him (there might have been more that we didn't get to) and we went with a nylon plush carpet. We have two dogs, so berber wasn't an option for us (we currently had berber and it wasn't wearing well). We waited about three weeks to get the carpet installed, and they did the work yesterday. They arrived on time and all ready to go. I have nothing but good things to say about the workmanship and the company. They did all of the work in one day, and my husband said they were great. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area spotless. We're really happy with the final product and are so glad we finally did it.
