Great service
Very pleased with the carpet stretching service from Victorious Flooring. Ours was a small job but Mark took time to explain everything in his detailed quote, and the technician who did the work was completely professional. Highly recommend them.

Install Carpet
There is nothing negative i can say. I was so impressed with the entire experience from the original estimate right to the installation. Mark was fantastic to work with and was so honest and the team of installers were professional, respectful, and so incredibly nice to work with.

Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable
We are so happy we called Victorious Carpet for our upstairs renovation! Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. From the first moment we met Mark till the installers left, everything was professional. Its not always easy having strangers come to your homethis was the opposite, we all felt at ease. Carpet replacement
We decided to replace our carpet. Mark did a fantastic job coming to our house, taking measures, drawing a quick floor plan with the measurements, showing us carpet material samples and explaining us the whole process. Jason and his partner did an excellent job executing the removal of the old carped and installing the new one. We will call Victoriusflooring again when new needs arise related to carpet/flooring projects at home. Very professional and everything delivered on time and as expected. Thank you!!

Great job. Professional. Process explained and repair was perfect. Mark took his time to make sure the tiniest detail was done in making the repair look invisible.

Den carpet replacement and repairs to living room and bedroom.
Mark was fabulous. He was very thorough and patient revisiting and requiring as the situation changed. He sourced a carpet that matched what weve had for 20 years. I am so impressed with the quality. Visitors did not even notice the replacement. His installation team was full versed in the detailed requirements. They were meticulous in both the installation and repair ensuring that the pile was directionally correct. They selected the best remnants for me and rolled and taped them for storage. I highly recommend Mark and his team for any of your carpet requirements.

Install Carpet
Victorious Carpet provides A1 service. At pre-install, Mark walks you thoroughly through all your options and helping assist in your decision-making, specifically helping determine between NEEDS and WANTS. Through the install process, Jason was very accommodating, professional, thorough, and efficient. The job looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Jason and Mark to anyone. Post-install Mark followed up to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied. We asked for a minor adjustment and both Mark and Jason were quick and accommodating at scheduling a time to come perform that, even during a very busy Christmas season. I will recommend Victorious Carpet to anyone who is looking for a professional job done at a fair price. Thanks so much guys!

INSTALLATION OF CARPET ON A CIRCULAR 2-STORY STAIRCASE
I would like to state from the beginning of this process it was truly a awesome experience. Mark ( co-coordinator ) was a true professional. The installer ( Jason ) is a protectionist. He took his time on doing the installation and made sure everything was to our standards. Very clean, polite and on time. Highly recommend this company.
