    Moving from 2-bed condo to townhouse Mississauga

    Yes, its true what you read about ARBY moving and this is how I knew of them, from this site. They are efficient, make it seem effortless & Anil is very flexible. I moved from a 2-bed condo to a townhouse in Mississauga. I had a lot of boxes, even had to change an appliance. Anil was very flexible & understanding. He works with the customer. Really, a great moving team & would not hesitate to use them for next move. November 27, 2009

    Moving

    All I have to say about Arby Cartage is they made my move from an apartment in Brampton, my girfriend's apartment in Burlington, and then our move to a 3 story Milton townhouse seem effortless. They were ready to move early, they worked quickly...even when I couldn't locate my Superintendent to get the service elevator for the first 15 minutes that I had it scheduled. They didn't complain about the stairs...3 flights with some really awkward furniture to boot. The quote I was given was pretty much spot on....no big surprises. They were careful with both our new home's surroundings, and with the furniture they had to move. I've already recommended them to a co worker who may be moving soon. I have nothing but praise for these three guys. Thanks for making our move a pleasant and painless one. Highly recommended!

    Move from Toronto to Oakville

    Arby and crew arrived a few minutes early as planned and worked non-stop throughout the entire day to get the move done. There were many fragile items and Ikea type furniture which made it all the way to the destination without a single scratch or break. The men worked quickly and were experienced enough to move large furniture through some tight spaces. I'm very glad to have used this company and would recommend them to everyone. Did I mention that their pricing was better than most other movers?

    House moving

    Anil arrived early and worked rapidly and carefully to empty our old residence. At our new home they moved large heave furniture up narrow stairs with good planning and great care-- not a scratch and no damaged walls. Both men were pleasant and gave that little "Extra" which made the move and the arrangement of the furniture much easier. We recommend them. EPRW.

    1 Brm move

    None of the problems associated with other movers; I was not asked to pay anything until the move was complete, my belongings were handled with care, and no time was wasted. I was treated with respect. There was no difficulty reaching a fair price for extras including a pickup of extra items on the way to the apartment I was leaving. Overall, a pleasant part of my move.

    Moving

    I moved on November 5, 2009 from a condo in downtown Toronto to a house in Mississauga. The move went great and it went pretty quick. I didn't have too much to move, but the stuff i did have to move was large and heavy (e.g. queen size bed, dresser, etc.) They were careful to not damage anything and they were pretty efficient. The bed was disassembled and reassembled properly. Also, they took their shoes off at the door to the house when they were bringing the furniture inside (i didn't even ask them to do that). Most importantly, they were on time. Even better, they were actually an hour early and started as early as possible (they were booked for 1pm, but could only start when the service elevator became available - we got it at 12:30pm). I decided to use Arby Cartage based on the reviews here at homestars and wasn't disappointed.

    Moving Services

    I was very pleased with Arby Cartage services. I hired their services twice in last 4 months. They are very punctual. Charges are very reasonable and it is value for money. No damage took place. They are honest. It was nice experience using their moving services. I used them for moving my house stuff from Scarborough east to Scarborough Central and then from Scarborough central to Markham North.

    Moving to Belleville from Toronto

    I just moved on Oct 27 2009 and really wanted to hire a great mover. I started to read what people had to say on homestars.com on the various moving companies and some of them really scared me when I read what they had gone through. The one company who was outstanding in everyone's opinion was Arby Cartage and so I decided to go with them. If I could rate this company higher I would give them a 15/10...that is how great they are. First and foremost...they came exactly on time which is very important when one has booked an elevator in a condominium. They were friendly and courteous and worked very quickly. It's a family owned business and the father and two other young men moved me that day. Since I was moving all my things into storage in Belleville they packed up the unit properly without doing any damage to my furniture. The cost was outstanding and I would definitely use Arby Cartage again...in a heart beat. There should be more companies out there like this one!!! Thanks, guys, for everything!!!!

    Moving from Mississauga to Milton

    They did a great job, they came on time as indicated and previously confirmed. They were fast and careful; very cooperative and extremely hard workers. Rates are difficult to beat in GTA.

    Moving from condo to detached home

    These guys did a fantastic job. We had a number of complications/changes with our move, and this team was professional and flexible throughout. They stuck to their quoted price (which was incredibly reasonable) despite having a few extra, unanticipated items that also needed to be moved. The team was friendly and took great care of our stuff. We’ve already recommended them to friends who are also moving, and would recommend them, without reservations, to anyone who is looking to move.
