The team arrived on time and were friendly and helpful. They worked quickly to get the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and I was happy to pay a very fair price.

I've used Arby Cartage for 3 moves over the years. Each and every time, they show up early, they are friendly, and they I don't think they've ever broken anything. While they paid by the hour, all the movers on the team are working as quickly as possible to get the job done. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Incredible team and service. I moved from Toronto to Kingston, and found myself in the weeds when the new owners wanted to take over 2 weeks early. Arby made it possible by sending in a team of 4 (one extra hand). They arrived 8am, completely packed and loaded what was left in my 3 bedroom townhouse (quite a bit), and were out by 12:30 or so. I paid the final bill at 6pm in Kingston. They went above and beyond to make this happen for me, and I could not have asked for a better team or service. Everyone was polite, professional, accomodating and kind. They work hard, and have a good time doing it. The stress of moving is great, but this team and Arby had my back. I highly recommend them without hesitation, and cannot thank them enough for all they did for me, including emotional support. Extremely efficient. I could never have achieved this without them.

I had a great experience with Arby Cartage and their moving team! Arby himself is very kind, accomodating and responsive (and it's sooo nice - and rare nowadays! - to call and be able to speak to someone who is the manager/director/showrunner of the operations, rather than a customer rep!). And the moving team was phenomenal - hard-working, friendly, able to problem-solve around moving issues, and at all times extremely professional! Thank you so much to Arby, and to Amit and his moving crew - I will definitely be booking with them again!

Had to quickly move my mom from her tiny Toronto house with many stairs to a safer retirement residence after she got quickly discharged from a rehab hospital. Stressful. With less than one week's notice Arby had given me a solid quote and booked a small team and truck. other companies made the quoting process a hassle and demanded innumerable photos of the items to be moved. Arby was a good communicator and his guys, lead by the expert mover Anil, showed up on time and ready to go on the morning of the move. it was seamless and stress free and all was done on time. Easy peasy. And Arby's quoted price was bang on. I would use Arby again and recommend him to anyone.

We've used Arby Cartage a few times over the years for moving the contents of our home. I can't say enough good things about them. They are hard-working and careful. We had the same super nice 5 guys in 2024 as we had when we last moved in 2021. I feel the pricing is very reasonable and they are reliable to show up on time and get the job done.
