We used Arby to move from Mississauga to Kingston 2 years ago so it was a no-brainer to use them for my parents move form Mississauga to Kingston last week. We also included the packing service for this move. They packed of Saturday and did the complete move on Monday. My parents beds were up and all the furniture was in place by dinner time Monday. The crew is excellent. kind and efficient. The price quoted was fair but the ended up charging much less as they gave us the option of used boxes and the move was faster then planned. Thanks Arby - you blew us away again :)

Used these movers in the past (8.5 years ago) and a couple weeks ago. We had an excellent experience. Efficient, professional and all around really nice guys. So impressed. Definitely recommend.

Arby's came in and assessed our move in a timely fashion. On packing day they had a crew who arrived on time and worked steadily all day wrapping furniture with 3 very organized women wrapping and boxing the kitchen, etc. The second day they moved everything to the new place and unloaded in what was a difficult place to get into to. The third day everything was unpacked. The ladies put all the smaller items away, organized the closets, linens, etc. Everyone was very efficient and polite. All very diligent workers who stayed until the job was finished!

The movers at Arby's are amazing. All aspects of care and customer service was exemplary. The team was professional, friendly, started on time and made good use of every moment. The cost was quite reasonably when compared to other quotes. Whether you need a small move or a large one, I trust Arby will do a great job.

With several services (plumbing and HVAC) utilized in the last month, the very last thing I expected was for the guys to arrive early. First, all three were pleasant and easy to speak with (I had an odd home/moving situation), and second, they got right to work. I didn't have as much as a "full" bungalow (will be opening the house and selling a bunch next weekend), so it certainly wasn't organized the way they would've expected... Ie, it didn't look like I was ready to move. However, they listened to what I needed moved, and promptly wrapped up the beds and cabinets. I was a tad worried my desk wouldn't make it (it had been "pieced" together haphazardly when it first came into my house), but they did a great job disassembling, and put it back together again, perfectly. Everything went very well, and while I don't plan to ever move again (fingers crossed!), I would call them for sure. I would definitely recommend Arby's to anyone needing a moving service! I moved from St Catharines to Toronto, and had the most fantastic, hassle free experience. My movers were beyond kind and respectful. The speed at which they worked was incredible. The entire process of booking, nervous follow up questions by me, to the move itself was flawless. I can’t recommend the service enough.

We had used Arby several years ago for a previous move. For our last move, which was a downsizing, we were talked into using another mover who was connected to another service that we had used. We were not happy with that move so this time we went back to Arby. It was the easiest move we ever did. The movers were prompt, pleasant, very hard-working and the move was done smoothly and in very good time. We would definitely recommend Arby Cartage to anyone who wants to have as easy a moving day as possible.

Absolutely fantastic. That about sums up my experience with Arby Cartage. I reached out to Arby about an out-of-town move for myself and my family, and although it took a day or two for Arby to get back to me (which is understandable since his teams must be in high demand), he gave me a precise estimate that turned out to be perfect. Anil and his team arrived early (!) and were able to assess the items to be moved and get the truck set up for a quick load. Anil and his team loaded everything efficiently and effectively, and did so with jokes and smiles. They gave me an estimated arrival time for the next day at the new city. The next day, they completed the 5+ hour drive and arrived within 5 minutes of Anil's estimated arrival time. Despite a smaller elevator, they finished the job within the estimated 3 hours, again with smiles and jokes. They took the time to arrange boxes and furniture to make unboxing much easier. Final cost was exactly what was quoted. I highly recommend Arby Cartage, and especially Anil and his team, for a move! Thanks so much guys!
